Villa Oliva 1 offers everything to spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation directly near the sea near Umag
The house has four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms on a total of 260m2 of living space for a total of 10 people. On the first floor is the spacious living and dining room and open kitchen. The rooms have been designed in an open and modern way. The furnishings were chosen simple and in calm, soothing tones. The coordinated design and beautiful lighting give the rooms a particularly cozy atmosphere
All four bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. A guest toilet is available on the ground floor. The house is fully air-conditioned and can also be rented throughout the year thanks to the existing central and pool heating
The fully fenced property offers a private pool of over 32m2 with high privacy
The house is a semi-detached house but due to the high wall there is no view. Both houses Villa Oliva 1 and Oliva 2 can be rented together. Both houses share the children's playground on the large lawn and the private parking directly adjacent to the house.
