Our villa is located in a very quiet village, but it's close to everything you need. It is just 450 meters away from the beach and 2 km from Umag city centre.

Dreamlike
The house is a dream. We felt super comfortable. Everything is very clean and modern. We had 2 dogs with us and could relax as everything was fenced in and there was also a beautiful meadow. We can only recommend it. More beautiful than the pictures

Dream villa
We were 6 adults in total and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much
It is furnished with a lot of attention to detail and as a guest, nothing is missing in the basic equipment. The hosts were very warm and helpful. The pool, the house and the cantina were extremely clean. We received great tips for the surrounding area after arrival.
We would be very happy to come again as guests. We say "Hvala" from the bottom of our hearts for everything.

Wonderful holiday with everything you need
We can only recommend this house. You have everything you need to feel completely comfortable on holiday. The equipment is top. Nothing is missing.
We were with our daughters 17 and 20, they were thrilled that they each had their own room with their own bathroom upstairs. We had the downstairs bedroom with bathroom right next door. So everyone had their own space. The pool is great and the property is very well maintained. The outdoor kitchen is another highlight. We would go again at any time. The distance to the sea and to the shops is also perfect, we have never been so close in recent years. Our dog also felt very comfortable
The owners are very nice and always available what more do you want except more time there two weeks always go by way too fast :)
