Villa Prestige is a luxury equipped 4-star villa with 5 en-suite bedrooms, and it is located on a 720 m2 plot and stands on 450 m2 of living space spread over three floors – lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor. Perfect home away from home for family gatherings or a group of friends that are seeking a relaxed or active holiday in Croatia.
Villa Prestige is excellently designed, furnished, and equipped to a high-to-end level, and exudes style and elegance. WIth sunlight from multiple angles, this living room is a perfect space for basking in a warm glow – of sun and design – at any time of year. The property is completely fenced and ensures 4 parking plots on private property.

*The ground floor has an open-plan living area that includes: a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay, a spacious dining area for 12 pax filled with natural light; a very comfortable living room with PS4 (on request), both fully air-conditioned. Large glass walls connect the villa’s interior with the exterior, boasting a modern, heated 26sqm swimming pool with the highest standards of water purifier without Chlorine usage and systems for water and air massage and LED light therapy. The sunbathing area offers 8 deck chairs for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also an air-conditioned and professionally equipped Gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, weights, a spacious Finnish sauna, and a family bathroom next to it. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a toilet on this floor.
*Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are 4 luxuriously equipped and very comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each with access to a balcony or a terrace with a beautiful view. Bedroom 1: south oriented with a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub, A/C, TV, balcony with sea view. Bedroom 2: south oriented with double bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, balcony with sea view. Bedroom 3: South East, a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, a terrace overlooking the sea. Bedroom 4: west oriented bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, and a terrace with sea view. Behind the bedroom area there is a lawn with a playground for your youngest family members, fenced.
*The lower ground floor is accessed by an indoor staircase and it offers a rustic style interior with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people with direct connection with glass walls toward the covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a very nice outdoor Whirlpool. There is a very comfortable Bedroom 5 west-oriented bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a TV. A separate toilet is next to it.

Villa Prestige is located in the quiet area of Bast, near Baska Voda (3,5km), which is one of the charming towns located on the Makarska Riviera, and is only 5km along the coast from Brela and 10km up the coast from Makarska. (It’s about 50km along the coast from Split.) As with many towns around these parts, it is Mount Biokovo that you will overlook rather impressively together with a new attraction located in a park of nature Biokovo named the "Skywalk", a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views. In Baška Voda you will find offers for snorkeling and scuba diving in nearby locations, as well as providing lessons.
Some other activity in this area is definitely a nice hike, as there are many trails at Bask and toward Biokovo, the Baska Voda Tourist Office and the owner have info on a number of hiking trails in the area.
When in Baska Voda, simply go strolling along the seaside promenade as the locals do, enjoy the local food or one of the attractive beaches on the very famous Makarska Riviera as the perfect place for families as you can rent paddle-boats, banana rides, or jet skis.
