It is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, luxury equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay, settled on a 510sqm plot with 320sqm of living area spread on three levels, and can accommodate 8+2 people.
Located in Baska Voda, a small Croatian tourist destination located only 10km from Makarska and 50 kilometers south of Split, just near Brela. You can feel a Mediterranean atmosphere here, surrounded by pine trees and crystal clear sea, a perfect spot for your well-deserved relaxation. Baska Voda features many attractive pebble beaches that are even more beautiful during the late afternoon when the sun goes down, as here are the most beautiful sunsets, so couples, friends, and families are enjoying walks along the sea. There are numerous bars and restaurants located along the coast, and the nearest is 220m from the villa. The nearest mini market is 550m, the beach is only 220m far, and the village center is 1,2km from the villa. There is a parking lot secured for 2 cars, and there is video surveillance at the entrance.
Here is a detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:
* The OUTDOOR offers A private 7,5m x 4m infinity swimming pool, heated and with hydro massage. The swimming pool is treated with hydrolysis, a system for the disinfection of water without the use of chlorine, bromine, or other chemicals. Makes the water crystal clear, without eyes and skin irritation, fully ecological, and kind for your skin. There is a sun deck area with an outdoor shower, 8 deck chairs spread over two levels, next to the pool, and on the artificial grass plot a few steps lower (also approachable from the wellness zone at the lower ground floor). A few steps above the pool is a covered deck area with a lounge corner and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas). You can approach directly from the kitchen and from the living area at the ground floor.
* The GROUND floor: It is a fully air-conditioned 60sqm area connected with the outdoors with glass-to-ceiling doors offering a very bright and open living area. A fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a wine cooler, an ice maker, a Phillips LatteGo coffee maker, a filter for water...). There is a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 5, Bluetooth speakers, Netflix, Spotify, and more. There is a separate toilet, a laundry with ironing amenities, a washing machine, and a dryer.
There is also a Bedroom NO1 (23sqm) on the ground floor, a King size bed 200cm x 200cm, a TV 50˝, an air conditioner, an en-suite bathroom with a shower 140x90, and sea views with a direct approach toward the outdoors and the pool area (an additional bed 80cm x 200cm can be added in this bedroom by a request).
* The LOWER GROUND floor: an air-conditioned Wellness (62sqm) and a Gym (32sqm) are located here and you can approach the indoor staircase from the outdoor sun deck with the artificial grass. There is a Hot-Tub (Whirlpool) for 5-6 pax, a Finnish sauna, 4 deck chairs, Bluetooth speakers, a shower, and a separate toilet. A Gym area offers an Orbitrack, a Treadmill, a TV, and air-conditioning. The Wellness and Gym area is quite spacious and perfectly equipped to keep you fit even while relaxing on your holiday.
* The FIRST floor offers:
Bedroom NO2 (27sqm) with a super king size bed 210x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower 140x90, amazing sea views, and a terrace with outdoor furniture (an additional bed 80cm x 200cm can be added in this bedroom by a request).

There are also many day trip ideas you can do, visit the bigger cities nearby like Split (50-min drive) or the famous town Dubrovnik (2,3 hours). For everyone who is looking for more action, there are organized full-day trips to the Cetina River (Omiš town - 30min drive) where you can experience the beautiful nature of the Cetina River canyon while experiencing a nice rafting. The river adventure starts on the banks of the Cetina River in the Biokovo Mountain region. If you prefer mountain areas there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience. Use the opportunity and visit a new attraction on Biokovo, the Skywalk, an amazing glass bridge with stunning sea views.
