This beautiful holiday home Pjacal II is located in a quiet suburb of Pula (Valdebek) only 2 km from the beaches. Restaurants and markets are only a few minutes' walk from the house (500m). The house is well maintained with an enclosed, walled plot of 800 square meters: swimming pool with sun loungers, two terraces with barbecue and private parking spaces are available to guests. This is a holiday home of 180sqm with two floors. The ground floor is not used. On the first floor there is a living room, a well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shower / toilet. House Pjacal is ideal for a family or couple of friends who want to be close to the center of Pula and near the beach in a very quiet location. The pool and the surrounding area are for private use only.
