This beautiful holiday flat is situated in an idyllic location in Niedernsill, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and the picturesque natural swimming lake. The flat is modern and cosily furnished and has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view where you can enjoy relaxing evenings.
Niedernsill is located at an altitude of 769 metres, nestled in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Away from the main traffic routes, the charming village is surrounded by inviting alpine pastures, numerous excursion destinations and many adventures for young and old. There are also several golf courses with different numbers of holes in the surrounding area.
Ski areas nearby: Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) - 14 km, Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) - 18 km, Maiskogel (Kaprun) - 14 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm - 27 km, Weißsee Gletscherwelt (Uttendorf) - 25 km, Wildkogel-Arena (Bramberg/Neukirchen) - 23 km and Kitzbühel - 44 km. These ski areas offer a wide variety of pistes for different levels of difficulty.
Nearby excursion destinations include the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Krimml Waterfalls, Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoirs, the Kitzsteinhorn, the Ferleiten Wildlife Park, the Sigmund-Thun Gorge, Hohenwerfen Castle, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and the Tauern Spa Kaprun.

We enjoyed our stay at Niedernsill apartment. First of all, it was very clean and tidy. We loved the big kitchen with the balcony and terrace. The kitchen has more than enough kitchen amenities if you want to cook your own meals. We had no problem with Wi-Fi. There is a little stream just behind the apartment that you can constantly listen to like a relaxing music. The apartment is located between Salzburg and Innsbruck. It takes approximately an hour and half to Altstadt Salzburg and an hour and 45 minutes to Swarovski Kristallwelten in Innsbruck. Lots of great hiking/biking in the area. Our host, Marianne, was very kind and communicative. Great place to stay!

Very friendly reception, beautiful surroundings with plenty of entertainment in the area. Spacious parking for the car and a generous rooftop terrace.
