The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2020 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet and sunny waterfront location. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Garden.

Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. IST POR 350 (4 people), IST POR 397 (2 people) and ISTPOR393 are in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi‑Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to mid-October, saltwater, 5 m x 10 m, 1.50 m deep).

Kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, water, final cleaning, pool, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay.
