Holiday apartment

The holiday apartment is super equipped. We were there for the third time this year and can only say positive things about the furnishings and location. As described, it is not far to the beach and the park is right next to the property. We really liked it and would book a vacation there again.

We were very impressed with the apartment. Well-equipped, quiet, and in a very good location near the shopping street and the beach. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had enough space. From the balcony on the 4th floor, there was a beautiful view of the park and the surroundings.

Everything nearby

Great apartment near the promenade and the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything and the contact with Jacob/landlord is absolutely friendly and helpful. In winter, you can tell that a lot is offered for children and tourists in summer. The complex and the house are very well-kept and there are various shopping options nearby. The beach is great. The key handover went smoothly.

Great vacation rental

We felt very comfortable in this vacation apartment. Everything you could wish for is available. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and the starry sky in the evenings. We only had problems with the bicycles. We couldn't even ride them because we could only open one lock with the keys provided. Thanks Jacob for the great contact with you.

Es war schön

We were in Swinoujscie for the first time! We really enjoyed it, except for the mosquitoes, that was quite awful! Jakob's apartment can be highly recommended, great location, everything available and clean! He also has a proper lady who looks after the apartment and keeps it clean! A big praise to Stenia! We have been to the complex before. The apartment is well-equipped, better than in the photos. Living room completely new. Kitchen with new chairs. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady does not speak German. Everything else went smoothly. Arrival and departure. The cleaning lady was waiting in the apartment. Important to know. The landlord is also very nice. Apartment to feel comfortable in.

Good holiday apartment near the beach.

We were received in the apartment and not in front of the front door...found out through a call. The lady for key handover does not speak German.
We liked it. Everything was clean, only glass shelves in the bathroom very dusty...should be seen by a cleaning lady.
But, it's not a hotel.
The equipment was good, only a hairdryer was missing! So, bring your own.
The mattresses of the bed in the bedroom were very hard, maybe a 5 or 5, as I usually sleep on a 3.
Very nice contact with the landlord. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order for 3 days. 4th floor, so climbing stairs was required. Therefore, I cannot recommend it for disabled or elderly people.

A second home

I have been traveling to Swinoujscie twice a year with my mother since 2015. In spring and autumn. We love "our" apartment, each has their own space and we meet in the spacious kitchen to eat, play, talk, read... in the kitchen everything needed for everyday life is available. When it was warm, we sat on the large balcony until sunset and enjoyed the vast sky. Jakob has the most beautiful apartment in the house, full of light and sunshine. The beach and the beloved Baltic Sea are close, and through the park designed by the Prussian landscape gardener Peter Lenneé, you can reach the city and the harbor. There, at the marketplace, be sure to eat at "La Papa," the Hemingway restaurant, and have coffee at the café of the same name a few meters away; a look at the cakes renders comments unnecessary. Unfortunately, my mother no longer manages to travel by train from Berlin. But I have a friend with whom I continue the tradition. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip this year in March due to Corona, but Jakob was very accommodating and loyal. I love "our" apartment!

Summer vacation 2019 in Świnoujście

The holiday apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. (Washing machine, toaster, kettle. . . . ) The location is optimal, centrally located yet quiet by the park, just 8 min by bike (provided with the apartment) to the beautiful town center with the harbor, shopping facilities, and the beach and promenade are within a 5-minute walk - everything easily accessible. Everyone enjoyed it. . . . With the elevator from the underground parking to the apartment - what more could one ask for? Only shortcoming: We would have liked to stay for 10 days, but it's not possible because arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays. Too bad. However, we would love to come back!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

We really liked the apartment, it is clean and very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Everything you need for household chores is available. 4 bicycles were at our disposal. You can quickly reach the apartment from the underground car park with the elevator. The key handover went well. It's nice that the park starts right next to it, and the beach and promenade are not far away. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Actually, a nice apartment, if there were no issues with cleanliness.

The overall handling and the information material sent by the landlord were very good. The handover of the apartment by the new cleaning lady also worked. However, upon the first inspection of the apartment, we had to realize that the entire apartment was dirty. In the bathroom, there were still toothpicks, nose rings, hair, etc. left by the previous occupants. The floor was dirty and the corners of the bathtub were moldy. In the kitchen and living room, there was dust everywhere. The refrigerator was so filthy that we had to wash and disinfect it ourselves. The mattresses in the bedroom were covered in stains (urine, etc.) and worn out. We slept on the sofa bed in the living room all week. All the chair covers in the kitchen were covered in stains and partially damaged. The toaster, kettle, and coffee machine were so dirty that they are no longer usable and would need to be descaled or cleaned. The cleaning lady present, when confronted with the conditions, suddenly understood nothing and just shrugged. After the stress of the 800 km journey, I didn't feel like arguing and paid the €30 for the final cleaning. In hindsight, I regret having paid the full rental price in advance. I should have paid the remaining amount as offered on the day of arrival. Then at least I would have had the opportunity for a rental reduction. After our complaint letter following the vacation, there was no reaction from the landlord. It is actually a pity for this apartment, which has a nice layout, a garage space, etc. But the landlord should ensure that the cleaning is really done by his cleaning lady or that the items mentioned are changed or replaced.

Beautiful vacation, great apartment, Świnoujście simply beautiful

We were on Usedom for the first time. Friends advised us to go to the Polish side. This tip was worth its weight in gold. The apartment is good. Everything you need is there and in good condition. Elevator, garage with bicycles, the location is unbeatable. And Świnoujście is very beautiful. Great beach, kilometers long, beautiful harbor with all kinds of restaurants and everything is easy to reach. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area, would love to come back.

The vacation rental is simply furnished, but very tidy and clean. There is German television and even a DVD player for rainy days. Sufficient tableware is available in the kitchen, and all appliances are in good condition. The beds have very good mattresses, we slept very well. The paths to the beach and promenade can be reached in 3-5 minutes. The surrounding area is great for exploring by bike. The bikes are good, but all need a little maintenance. For children, there are also some sand toys.

We would go on vacation there again.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und trotzdem Zentral zur Promenade sowie Strand, perfekt! In der Nähe liegt ein 4 Sterne Hotel wo man nach Lust und Laune die Angebote (gegen Bezahlung) nutzen kann! Wir haben es genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden (Pediküre/Maniküre und eine Entspannungsmassage) zum Preis, wie in Deutschland! Um zu sparen muss man in die Stadt fahren ;-)

free time activities: Wir waren viel am Strand und waren sehr begeistert, dass beim Abschnitt der Wohnungnah liegt Strandkörbe angeboten werden (36 Zl oder 10 Euro pro Tag) - Die Ostsee ist auf der polnischen Seite einfach größer geräumiger sauberer!

shopping facilities: Kaufland ist dieses Jahr eröffnet worden KLASSE alles was man brauch kann man dort bekommen - Ich schätze mit dem Rad ist man in ca. 10-15 Minuten da - für Kleinigkeiten gibt es einen kleinen Laden in der nähe der Wohnung (Brötchen kann man sehr gut kaufen fürs Frühstück)! ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg

In July 2014, we were able to enjoy extremely sunny holiday weeks with two adults and two children in Swinoujscie. The apartment is very well and tastefully furnished. The well-equipped kitchen alone made the stay an experience. The close proximity to the beach of the apartment and the good infrastructure speak for a stay in Swinoujscie. The beautiful apartment is very spacious and well-equipped (almost like home). All necessary kitchen appliances are available. For children, there is plenty of space to spread out and even some toys. The location of the apartment is great. On one side, you can reach the spa park and continue to the city center and the harbor. On the other side, you are quickly at the beach or on the promenade. And yet it is very quiet and relaxing. The contact with the landlord was good and friendly. The contact person on site (Mrs. Ewa) was very nice and helpful. And Swinoujscie is a brilliant resort. There is so much to do there, even without a car.

This vacation rental is highly recommended, spacious and tastefully furnished. The furniture and electrical appliances are in good condition, with few signs of use. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. We especially liked the large southwest balcony and the great location between the beach and city park.
