Description
Our newly renovated holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse and is modern and lovingly furnished. Thanks to the southeast slope, you can enjoy the sunshine at breakfast and start your vacation days relaxed. The apartment is 90 m² in size, has its own entrance, a bedroom with a box spring double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a new, fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and much more), dining room and living room. Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment is best suited for 2 people, but the small couch in the bedroom can also be used as a child's bed (up to approx. 6 years) can be converted, and in the dining room the armchair and the couch can optionally be converted into 2 additional sleeping places. Additionally, a travel cot for babies and toddlers is available. Therefore, please also note the different price information under "Notes" further below! Children up to 5 years are free.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. In the outdoor area, a cozy seating area invites you to relax and unwind, and the spacious garden may also be used.
You can park your car and possibly bicycles or other sports equipment in a garage.
The nearest shopping facilities are in Jandelsbrunn itself (3 km), Neureichenau (6 km), or Waldkirchen (10 km).
For leisure activities, you will find a natural swimming lake directly in Jandelsbrunn and various cycling paths in the surrounding area, e.g. the Adalbert Stifter cycle path (groomed as a cross-country ski trail in winter), Danube Forest cycle path, Danube-Moldau cycle path and many other cycling routes.
Equally diverse excursion (Austria, Czech Republic) and hiking opportunities (Dreisessel, Oberfrauenwald, Rachel, Lusen, Haidl). You drive 40 km to Passau and 21 km to Freyung.

Our flat is located in the outskirts of the municipality of Jandelsbrunn. This is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, in the border triangle between Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.

Highly recommended.
The apartment is suitable for a family with 1/2 children, as well as for a couple. At 90 square meters, it is very spacious and the furnishings are of very high quality. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean, as are the other rooms. The location is very quiet, and one can enjoy the peace without any problems on the terrace or in the garden. The landscape leaves nothing to be desired, and there are plenty of recreational opportunities. Czechia and Austria, as well as Passau as a larger town, are relatively quickly reachable. Family Janitschek very friendly and humane in communication.
