Our newly renovated holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse and is modern and lovingly furnished. Due to the south-eastern slope, you can already enjoy the sunshine at breakfast and then start your holidays in a relaxed way
The flat is 90 m² in size, has its own entrance, a bedroom with box-spring double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC, a new, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and much more), dining room and living room
The flat is best suited for 2 people, but the small couch in the bedroom can also be converted into a cot (up to approx. 6 years) and the couch in the dining room can sleep another person. Therefore, please also note the different price information under "Notes" below! Children up to 5 years are free.
Our flat is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.
Outside, a cosy seating area invites you to rest and relax and the spacious garden may be shared.
You can store your car and possibly also bicycles or other sports equipment in a garage.
The nearest shopping facilities are in Jandelsbrunn itself (3km), Neureichenau (6km) or Waldkirchen (10km)
For leisure activities, you will find a natural bathing lake directly in Jandelsbrunn and various cycle paths in the immediate vicinity, e.g. the Adalbert-Stifter cycle path (groomed as a cross-country ski trail in winter), Donauwald cycle path, Donau-Moldau cycle path and many other cycle routes
There is also a wide range of excursion (Austria, Czech Republic) and hiking possibilities (Dreisessel, Oberfrauenwald, Rachel, Lusen, Haidl). You can drive 40 km to Passau and 21 km to Freyung

Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend. Service vor Ort sehr gut. Entspannte und ruhige Lage. Kommen gerne wieder. Wohnung sehr sauber mit kostenlosem Wäschewechsel und Grundreinigung.

Spacious holiday flat
A large and well-kept holiday flat with a view of meadows and mountains. Quiet location and pleasantly cool in summer. Hiking trails and excursion destinations are easily accessible. Thanks to the landlords.

Wonderful holiday
The flat is newly furnished, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the dishwasher is great!
We were able to make many excursions and the Hochficht ski area is easy to reach. It is a bit of a drive to Mitterfirmiansreut, but the snow there was great.
We will definitely come back in summer to enjoy the garden and the surroundings even more.
