On the top floor of the modern villa there are three bedrooms, each equipped with double beds and a private bathroom. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, one with a beautiful bathtub where you can take a relaxing bubble bath. A separate toilet is also provided. The spacious, open-plan ground floor of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen in Italian design, a comfortable dining area and a cosy living room with direct access to a poolside terrace. Large glass windows offer magnificent views of the unspoiled nature surrounding the villa and ample natural daylight, making the ground floor a very inviting space to spend time with family and friends.
On the lovely terrace, there is a large heated pool where guests can refresh themselves at any time of the day. Spend a lazy afternoon on the comfortable sun loungers listening to the soothing sound of the treetops with a gentle breeze, or prepare delicious meals on the outdoor charcoal grill while enjoying a glass of good Istrian wine. The villa's offer also includes two private parking spaces.
