Description

The beautiful private holiday villa in Ballum on Ameland has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for 1-8 people. Completed in autumn 2021 and equipped with every comfort and luxury for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The wellness area includes an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor shower, a large sauna, double showers, and a freestanding bathtub. The fully fenced garden is suitable for children; there is also a large trampoline, toys, and outdoor play equipment. The semi-detached house is located in Ballum, near the Roosdunen site, where there is a large outdoor pool, football field, tennis courts, mini golf, and entertainment, etc. Supermarket, bike rental, and restaurants are in the village of Ballum, only a few minutes’ walk from the holiday villa are the forest, the dunes, the beach, and the sea—an ideal location! The boat goes from Holwerd to Nes Ameland, which is about 8 km from the holiday villa. Very welcome,

A warm welcome for a weekend (Friday to Monday) or Monday to Friday or a week (Friday to Friday)! ). The prices range between 1,695 euros (low season) and 3,750 euros (1 week high season), all inclusive of cleaning, laundry, etc. Only extra 200 euro deposit, 2.20 euros per night per person, and 35 euros for 1 pet. Short week or weekend also possible.
