This semi-detached, restyled holiday home is located at Holiday Park Bos en Duin, 1.7 km from the centre of the coastal town of Oostkapelle. The holiday park is located just behind the nature reserves De Manteling and Oranjezon, only 500 m from from the beach.
The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV. The open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There also is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.
Outside, you will find an unfenced garden with garden furniture. There is parking for one car (one car per holiday home) in the central car park of Holiday Park Bos en Duin, at the entrance of the holiday park.

Location and surroundings of object
The small three-star Bos & Duin bungalow park is in the well known family seaside resort of Oostkapelle. The resort is near the town of Domburg. The park is in a splendid location by the North Sea beach and adjoins a unique, wooded dune area. The park is perfect for a sunny seaside holiday. There are many facilities in the area. You can enjoy lots of interesting day trips, such as to Terra Maris in Oostkapelle and the Het Arsenaal attractions centre in Vlissingen. Bos & Duin is also the perfect base for wonderful cycling trips and long refreshing walks.
A small bungalow park by the North Sea beach, not far from the attractive town of Domburg.
As a guest of Bos & Duin Holiday Park you enjoy free entrance to the De Parel subtropical swimming centre in Domburg.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
There is not a park reception desk at the park Bos & Duin. About 2 weeks before arrival you will receive travel documents with your keycard. If you have received a keycard, giving it access to your bungalow and the barrier. You can then jump to Bos en Duin drive and you do not through the reception of Hof Domburg.

Nicely renovated house but: Roompot does nothing with our complaint about missing hood and washing machine that made a lot of noise ... (dishwasher noise disappeared later in the week). Response when handing over access cards from creampot was.. You should complain more often and we have passed it on and mistakes happen??? maybe we got our money back for the linen package? Furthermore, some heaters did not work and others fortunately did? The extraction in the toilet / bathroom is very loud and is on 24 hours a day. Without the energy and annoying ... Some lamps were broken and they are sitting on the couch in the wrong places to read ... You can see that a lot of work has been put into the renovation so these kinds of points are a pity for all that work .... so owner do something with it ... the location of the house to go to Zeeland and the beach in the summer is fine so if the negatives are resolved it is a good house. Certainly large enough for 6 people and good furniture also in the garden ...

The house was very clean. The facility was new and very functional. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook on vacation. We had a very nice stay

The house is excellent. Nicely decorated, everything looks new. It is light.
Ideal with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Although they are semi-detached houses, it is not noisy when you are inside.

The cottage is neat, spacious and complete. We found the mattresses to be on the soft side. Nice that the garden was enclosed, which was very nice for the dog. Also happy with the location: walking distance to the beach. Also handy a reserved parking space. NB, you can not park the car at the cottage, but that is not a problem, the car park is very close. We had a good time.

The WiFi router was outside!! at the house in an electrical cabinet. So the WiFi was not available.
The water in the sink above, the bathroom and the bathroom shower backed up and drained very poorly.
An old analogue television upstairs in the bedroom didn't work at all and was only suitable for playing VHS cassettes.
The living room/kitchen curtain was broken and could not be opened and closed properly.
We were unable to report these defects on site because we only saw the service staff once.
A call to Rompot in Doomburg was too complicated for us.

Unfortunately, some defects in the house spoiled our vacation! We have often booked through Belvilla and were used to a better standard!
1.) The fridge didn't work, just that we had our cool box with us in which we could store our food
2.) The TV in the bedroom didn't work
3.) The shower was newly renovated, but there was always a bad smell: apparently there was a direct connection to the sewer (no interruption in the smell!)
4.) The lighting in the hallway was broken
5.) The door handle to the outside door always fell off
6.) Garden furniture was available. Since we had good weather and wanted to sit on the terrace, we searched in vain for the seat covers
7.) There was an electric heater. However, this switched off at the target temperature and it took a long time until it started up again (the room cooled down, so we had to constantly readjust).
