Clothes horse, toaster were missing. There wasn't enough cutlery. No description for TV. Field 3-4 meters from the house. In the evening the farmer sprays poison. The whole house smelled like we had severe breathing problems. Ventilating didn't help either. We had to cancel our vacation 2 days before.

The cottage was fine and the place too. So therefore enjoyed a few wonderful days. Belvilla's support was unfortunately poor. On arrival the house was not clean. Dirty toilet (poop splashes on seat and lid) dirty toilet tables, circles and crumbs on tables and chairs. Called Belvilla, very difficult, eventually someone on the line, who would turn off an SOS report? Never heard anything again. So just clean it yourself. Not a good start to a few days of vacation. The beautiful location and the beautiful weather ultimately lead to a good assessment.

Unfortunately, we had the misfortune that nothing worked out so zimlech. The heating didn't work (16 degrees). We were told they would send someone over, but unfortunately that never happened. The dishwasher wasn't cleared out and therefore mold (wooden cooking utensils) was no longer usable. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, after many phone calls, the owner was unsuccessful for a day. We arrived on Friday and so we decided to leave on Sunday (Christmas) because we didn't want to spend Christmas cold. Even on Sunday it was not so easy to reach someone. For 2 nights we had to pay almost half of the entire stay....

Good day, we arrived at House 11 on Thursday, May 1st. We are leaving as planned today, May 3rd. Unfortunately, a wrong WhatsApp number is provided in the book in the house. Through this number, I receive an SMS stating that the towels will be delivered. There is no response to my SMS inquiry about whether there are dishwasher tablets and replacement trash bags. Our predecessors probably also did not have dishwasher tablets, as most of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard. There are also not enough spoons, knives, and glasses for 6 people. It's quite sad when you have to share knives while eating. The beds were supposed to be made. It says so in the description, and I paid for that. Unfortunately, that was not the case either. There was no key for the storage room where the cushions (according to the description in the book) for the terrace were. Cobwebs were hanging in the door frame. Good thing we only booked for 2 nights. You receive no response via SMS or WhatsApp.

The area is very suitable for nature lovers, but the holiday home is on a large construction site, surrounded by many unfinished houses. The property is not green, but the house, like the rest of the site, is surrounded by earth and sand. This makes the property rather unsuitable for children and dogs. The lack of greenery in the garden also means that the plots offer little privacy, which can be quite annoying depending on the neighbors. In addition to the unfinished impression of the house and the surrounding area, the local contacts are very difficult to reach and our request was not processed.

Unfortunately, we had the misfortune that nothing worked out so zimlech. The heating didn't work (16 degrees). We were told they would send someone over, but unfortunately that never happened. The dishwasher wasn't cleared out and therefore mold (wooden cooking utensils) was no longer usable. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, after many phone calls, the owner was unsuccessful for a day. We arrived on Friday and so we decided to leave on Sunday (Christmas) because we didn't want to spend Christmas cold. Even on Sunday it was not so easy to reach someone. For 2 nights we had to pay almost half of the entire stay....

Although the holiday home is very nicely furnished, there are unfortunately several shortcomings. Important equipment is missing, such as storage space in the bathrooms, kitchen equipment and, above all, cutlery, additional towels, a grill and much more. The area is very suitable for nature lovers, but the holiday home is on a large construction site, surrounded by many unfinished houses. The property is not green, but the house, like the rest of the site, is surrounded by earth and sand. This makes the property rather unsuitable for children and dogs. The lack of greenery in the garden also means that the plots offer little privacy, which can be quite annoying depending on the neighbors. In addition to the unfinished impression of the house and the surrounding area, the local contacts are very difficult to reach and our request was not processed.
