Very satisfied!

We booked the apartment at short notice and were very impressed with the service. We were even allowed to check in 4 hours earlier than stated on the arrival day. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a vacation. Everything is within walking distance: shopping, the harbor, and the city center. We would definitely book the apartment again. P.S.: A drying rack on the balcony would be great.

Feel-good vacation at Flip - Flop House

Everything perfect

Very nice, modern, and tastefully renovated small apartment in a good location near the harbor, center, and train station. Nothing is lacking, and there are unusually many hooks on doors and walls for hanging jackets, etc. Very positive!

An apartment...

which one would very much like to remember. It is very stylish, high quality, and well thought out in its 30 m² (Sunset Apartment) setup. There is truly nothing missing that one needs on vacation. Even though this apartment features a functional sofa as a sleeping option, it was very comfortable (better than some beds). It is set to be replaced by a hotel bed soon, which will make this apartment even more high-end. Everything looks as depicted in the pictures. A very well-maintained house, outdoor area, and a very clean accommodation. It is located in a quiet side street just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The accessibility and the reception by the landlord were very well organized and very friendly. You feel well cared for and can simply enjoy the vacation. Thank you very much.

We were here for 2 weeks & we liked it very much - location ideal for the dike, eating out, and taking extensive bike rides... Apartment has everything like home - super quiet to unwind and the balcony is living space in the fresh air! Highly recommended

Tastefully furnished, almost everything has been thought of, very clean and quiet. Two small things I would criticize (on a high level). The shower is extremely slippery and despite a thin rubber insert, not any less dangerous. At least one insect screen on the window would be helpful. We had our struggles with pests. But these are just minor things that can easily be fixed. Location and surroundings are very good. Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the main street. Thumbs up!

We have now stayed in this holiday apartment for the third time and, as in the previous times, we were very satisfied. The house is tastefully furnished, well-equipped, and very clean. Excellent vacation apartment in Büsum FlipFlop

The holiday apartment on the 1st floor is very comfortable and modern as well as tastefully furnished, really spotlessly clean; the balcony is perfect for a wonderful breakfast. We booked this one-room holiday apartment for a week and due to the proximity to the harbor, we were able to reach everything with our bicycles. The local bakery is about 2 minutes away by bike (rental bikes are now also available at FlipFlop). The service from the Engelhardt family is really great, including champagne for welcome.
Washing machine, dryer, and storage room (important for our e-bikes) all at the house including parking; each tenant has their own parking space. We will definitely come back, and then we will try out the larger holiday apartments (one of them even includes a sauna).

Great, well-maintained studio with everything - including kitchen equipment - that you could wish for on a trip. The location is also very good and the landlord is amazing!!! Our TV broke down and was replaced with a new device within 10 minutes. A bottle of champagne for the welcome is also not common - but here it is. Super!!!!

Restful days

For a long weekend we decided to take a little trip to Büsum. This holiday accommodation is the best we have ever had. The furnishings are modern, not too much decoration - just right! Everything you need is there
The harbour of Büsum is within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and a bakery
The landlady is also super friendly and accommodates all requests. As we had unfortunately forgotten our towels and bedding, we were able to book these on site. This also worked out without any problems

Sunset Studio...simply amazing

The holiday apartment was truly a highlight... everything was spotless, everything was modern and stylishly furnished; we could have breakfast both in the apartment and on the balcony. Personally, I particularly liked that there was no frills in the apartment. Everything was well thought out, the furnishings were complete and useful. The holiday home is very centrally located. We were able to sleep very well on the sofa bed thanks to the excellent mattresses. The entire holiday home was very well-maintained and lovingly decorated, including the outdoor facilities and parking right at the door. Very useful as well: washing machine and dryer, and bike storage in a separate annex.

Conclusion: For the first time, all our expectations and wishes for a modern and spotlessly clean holiday apartment were excellently met. During our stay, there was construction nearby. Therefore, there was, of course, corresponding construction noise during the day. But since we were at the mudflats during the day anyway, it didn't bother us personally.

We were in this great accommodation for the first time. It is only to be recommended, price performance is absolutely given. A great modern flat and absolutely clean, which is not always the case. The location is incredibly quiet, within 2 minutes we could be with our daughter on the playground and within 8 minutes in the sea

Very high-quality furnishings!

We also became aware of the FlipFlop holiday flats via Ebay classifieds. A booking gap in summer 2022 for 4 nights in the FeWo Sonnenuntergang for 2 people was exactly to our taste. We also received a very warm welcome from the Engelhardt couple. The flat is really very high quality and tastefully furnished. It is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed some beautiful days in Büsum in the best weather with lots of sunshine.
A top address that we recommend.
