The entire house was completely renovated in 2021 and refurnished with LOVE for the DETAIL.
It is located in the direct vicinity of the harbour and the train station.
The studio SONNENUNTERGANG is approx. 30 sqm in size and located on the 1st floor
for up to 2persons
This is a pet-free, non-smoking studio with free WiFi
A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Excellent vacation apartment in Büsum FlipFlop
The holiday apartment on the 1st floor is very comfortable and modern as well as tastefully furnished, really spotlessly clean; the balcony is perfect for a wonderful breakfast. We booked this one-room holiday apartment for a week and due to the proximity to the harbor, we were able to reach everything with our bicycles. The local bakery is about 2 minutes away by bike (rental bikes are now also available at FlipFlop). The service from the Engelhardt family is really great, including champagne for welcome.
Washing machine, dryer, and storage room (important for our e-bikes) all at the house including parking; each tenant has their own parking space. We will definitely come back, and then we will try out the larger holiday apartments (one of them even includes a sauna).

Great holiday apartment
Clean and modern accommodation in a quiet location with super friendly and flexible hosts. Everything is available, from a washing machine to an ironing board and a bike shed with power outlets and the possibility to rent e-bikes. The center is easily accessible on foot and 150m further at the harbor, you can enjoy fish in all variations.

Tippi/Toppi is a German nickname for someone who is considered to be small, cute, or cuddly. It is often used as a term of endearment for children or pets that are small and adorable.
Great, well-maintained studio with everything - including kitchen equipment - that you could wish for on a trip. The location is also very good and the landlord is amazing!!! Our TV broke down and was replaced with a new device within 10 minutes. A bottle of champagne for the welcome is also not common - but here it is. Super!!!!

The apartment is centrally located, the harbor, the dike and the pedestrian zone can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. Restful days
For a long weekend we decided to take a little trip to Büsum. This holiday accommodation is the best we have ever had. The furnishings are modern, not too much decoration - just right! Everything you need is there
The harbour of Büsum is within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and a bakery
The landlady is also super friendly and accommodates all requests. As we had unfortunately forgotten our towels and bedding, we were able to book these on site. This also worked out without any problems

Studio Sonnenuntergang...einfach super
Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich ein Highlight....alles blitzsauber, alles modern und stilsicher eingerichtet; wir konnten in der FW als auch auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Mir persönlich hat ganz besonders gefallen, dass es kein Schnickschnack in der Wohnung gab. Alles war durchdacht, die Ausstattung vollständig und nützlich. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentrumsnah gelegen. Auf der Schlafcouch konnten wir dank der hervorragenden Matrazen sehr gut schlafen. Das ganze Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet incl. Außenanlagen und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr nützlich außerdem: Waschmaschine und Trockner und Fahrradunterstellung in einem separaten Anbau.
Fazit: Hier wurde wirklich zum ersten Mal alle unsere Erwartungen und Wünsche an eine moderne und blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung hervorragend erfüllt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde in der Nähe gebaut. Daher war natürlich über Tag entsprechend Baulärm. Aber da wir sowieso tagsüber am Watt waren, hat uns das persönlich nicht weiter gestört.

Excellent accommodation
We were in this great accommodation for the first time. It is only to be recommended, price performance is absolutely given. A great modern flat and absolutely clean, which is not always the case. The location is incredibly quiet, within 2 minutes we could be with our daughter on the playground and within 8 minutes in the sea

Very high-quality furnishings!
We also became aware of the FlipFlop holiday flats via Ebay classifieds. A booking gap in summer 2022 for 4 nights in the FeWo Sonnenuntergang for 2 people was exactly to our taste. We also received a very warm welcome from the Engelhardt couple. The flat is really very high quality and tastefully furnished. It is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed some beautiful days in Büsum in the best weather with lots of sunshine.
A top address that we recommend.
