Exclusive and modern! This is our holiday flat. You can expect 90m² of pure holiday with two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A dream retreat to relax in Büsum's top location.
The spacious and light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers everything your heart desires: a flat-screen TV incl. Netflix, Amazon Echo with Prime Music, Wi-Fi and access to the spacious south-facing balcony.
However, the highlight of our flat is the cosy sauna. The ground-level shower and the underfloor heating in the modern bathroom complete the relaxation programme.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a flat screen TV. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and another wardrobe.
A washing machine is available for free use. Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
An underground parking space with lift to the floor and a lockable bicycle shed also belong to the flat.

Centrally located, you can reach the lively shopping street with great restaurants and cafés in just 3 minutes. The North Sea and the idyllic harbour are also only 500m away. Numerous shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
In Büsum and the surrounding area there are plenty of leisure activities for young and old. Boat trips to Helgoland and the seal banks, the Wadden Sea (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Piratenmeer adventure pool, cycling trips and water sports in the family lagoon are just some of the many excursion options.
Every season has its charm at the North Sea. Summer is perfect for long walks, extensive cycling tours, mudflat hikes and a refreshing swim in the North Sea. In autumn and winter, let the fresh North Sea air blow around your nose and then warm up again in your beautiful flat with its own sauna.

The Beach Apartment is simply a dream !!!
Finally, we were able to take advantage of the amenities of this great vacation apartment. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The space and furnishings are first class. Everything is available to enjoy a relaxed stay here. The apartment is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. This allowed our car to relax in the underground garage for fourteen days. Everything was perfect for us. The always friendly contact with the Hormann family also contributed to this. We would like to thank them for the numerous nice phone calls. So we can only say that there was nothing to complain about for us. Therefore, if it were possible, we would give 6 stars for everything. It is already clear to us that we will be very happy to come back. Many warm greetings.

Wirklich richtig schön!
Die Wohnung ist klasse. Sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage im Zentrum von Büsum. Mit den freundlichen Vermietern hat alles bestens funktioniert.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen!

Superschöne Wohnung!
Alles an der Wohnung ist super! Sie ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die integrierte Sauna ist natürlich auch klasse, auch wenn wir sie Dank des tollen Wetters nicht genutzt haben. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, die Lage perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist natürlich auch ein dicker Pluspunkt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Büsum, es war sehr schön da und dann werden wir sicher wieder hier wohnen.

Toller Familienurlaub in perfekter Lage
Genau so traumhaft wie auf den Fotos! Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles aufeinander abgestimmt, alles vorhanden... Es war alles sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen (einkaufen, Bäcker, shoppen, zum Hafen, Strand...). Auch die Sauna haben wir genießen können. Büsum ist ideal für Familien. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder im Beach Apartment Urlaub machen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur klasse. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Toll ist natürlich auch die Sauna in der Wohnung. Wir hatten einen ganz besonderen Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
