Beautiful apartment in a good location

My two children and I spent a very nice week in the vacation apartment "Strandkorb."
The apartment has everything you need, is tastefully furnished, and clean.
The location is ideal, quiet, and at the same time within walking distance of the Büsum center and various shopping options.
Right next door is a large playground that we visited regularly.
The landlords are very friendly and available for any questions. We really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back.

Comfort and Modernity

I would recommend this accommodation at any time, the amenities are superior, the landlords understood what one needs to feel comfortable. We have had many vacation rentals but never one that was as well equipped as this one, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything the heart desires, modern and fast internet access (not everywhere is this a given). The bathroom is beautifully bright and tastefully furnished as always, clean, not a water stain in the sink upon arrival, nor a stain on the beautiful mirror.

The bedroom is furnished with a sufficiently large double bed with a hard and a soft side, a television (same model as in the living kitchen) with access to all streaming services in high resolution of great quality, plus satellite TV access on both televisions.

I would like to mention that this is the most important thing for me. Fly screens in the bathroom, living kitchen, bedroom so that the annoying bloodsuckers have no access at all.

The location is great, directly behind the dike there is a playground with a skate park and play equipment for the little ones.

Theoretically, everything can be reached on foot, but I would prefer a bicycle to leave the car parked. Conclusion: We felt very comfortable from the beginning with our 2 children and think that we would like to make a detour to this accommodation again. I can only recommend it.

Lovingly furnished holiday apartment

Regardless of how stressful the journey may be... as soon as you enter this house and one of the apartments, you feel at home. The apartment is high-quality and lovingly furnished, the landlords are very dedicated to creating a feel-good factor for their guests from the very first minute. Even the sofa bed - always a risk factor - is equipped with a slatted frame and a top mattress. Everything you need is really available, no wishes are left unfulfilled. The Danish word "hyggelig" fits this house perfectly.

We are now already visiting the Büsumer Flipflop for the 3rd time and, as always, we are thrilled with the great holiday apartment! Everything is perfect, from the furnishings, the location, and the excellent service from the Engelhardt family, who are there to help and make the vacation unforgettable! Beautiful vacation apartment with a good view.

We were in Büsum for an autumn week and accidentally found this apartment via Google Maps. Since we liked the location and the price, we booked it. The communication with the landlord was very good even before our arrival. The apartment Strandkorb is located on the 1st floor with a steep staircase. The layout of the apartment was good: hallway, bathroom on the right, bedroom on the left, and the living kitchen straight ahead. In the bedroom, the distance between the window and the bed is quite small, but this is already the only not-so-good thing about the apartment. From the dining table, there is a good view of the dike. There is always activity (passing people and animals), so there is always something to see. The apartment has very good comfort, we lacked nothing in the furnishings. The landlord couple is very friendly and communicative. If we are drawn back to the North Sea, this would be our first choice.

The location of the apartment is very nice and well-maintained. There is a playground for children nearby. There are two accommodations that are also suitable for wheelchair users. Very friendly landlords, with an open ear and a lot of understanding. The holiday apartment is located behind the dike and is very quiet despite the proximity to the youth hostel. The furnishings of the apartment are well thought out; we missed nothing. The design is very beautiful. The special highlight for us was the seating area with a beach basket. We were in Büsum with a larger group and were able to gather and eat together comfortably, as the apartment had dishes for up to 8 people. Super clean accommodation in the heart of Büsum.

The apartment ***** is new and very well equipped, very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The landlords are very nice ***** and make a lot of effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible. You can also borrow 2 electric folding bikes in advance in the house! The center, the beach, the harbor, and the train station are within a few minutes' walk. For shopping, there is a Netto nearby, and just a few steps further is the Mühlenbäcker bakery... The house is located on the inner dyke where the beautiful playground is right behind. We have now stayed in the house for the third time and each time occupied a different great apartment. The price-performance ratio is always TOP!!! We always like to come back

New Year's Eve vacation

From booking to departure, communication with the hosts was very friendly and uncomplicated.
The holiday apartment was lovingly furnished and many small details were thought of, especially in the kitchen. Everything was very clean!
The private parking space "right in front of the door" and the short distances to shopping facilities also appealed to us.
Restaurants, bakeries, and the pedestrian zone are within easy walking distance.
We felt completely comfortable in the holiday apartment and would love to come back.

Sleepless in Büsum

I could actually give a full 5 stars based on the five given criteria.
Unfortunately, the sleep was disturbed by the construction site across the street: Water pumping even at night. Then everything was fine for a few nights. In the last night, the flag on the flagpole in front of the house Flip-Flop disturbed due to the relatively windy weather. The flag or the suspension kept clicking against the mast.
Furthermore, the mattresses were way too soft.
Therefore, in the overall rating, only 4 out of 5 stars.

The flat was really great.everything is nice and new and super clean.the landlords are super nice.we could even look at the other flats because the others had already left.the location is also good though a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone but otherwise no problem.opposite is still a construction site but you do not really notice the noise.would definitely come back and really recommend the flat and also the landlords for a short chat.so thank you for the nice days.love stefan.

Very friendly contact with the landlord??the flat was clean, well furnished and equipped, maybe 1 or 2 pots too few. The location is really good ??5 min to the harbour and 10 min to the centre of the village ??only if you like peace and quiet, it is not good to be there, as there is a large construction site directly in front of the house, where about 4 houses are being built. Noise from 6:30 in the morning until 18h☹

Very nice landlords. Always approachable. Very quick communication (via email or phone). The entire house has been newly renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. Whether it's mosquito nets, mattresses in the beds with different firmness levels, beautiful wooden beams, lamps, or the large bathroom, just to name a few details. Marked parking spaces for each apartment available. Many small attentions related to "FlipFlop" are present in the apartment. Information folder and materials about the surrounding area are also available in the apartment. The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from Büsum city center, harbor, green beach, restaurants, and shopping options.
