Exclusive and very comfortably furnished holiday home about 140 sqm. 150m to Meia Praia beach, one of the longest sandy beaches in the Algarve. 900m to Palmares golf course. Central location at Meia Praia: bus 100m, 5 min. to train station and Lagos. Large living-dining room with fireplace, heating, TV - Smart TV (satellite for German programs. ), Wi-Fi, 47'' LCD TV with German TV and radio programs, DVD player, stereo with CD, internet connection, landline telephone, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (AEG) with 42'' TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 sofas in the living room convertible to an ottoman, 1 shower room with large washbasin and toilet, 1 shower room with washbasin and toilet, 1 guest toilet, 3 large terraces and a built-in outdoor grill, 3 balconies, garage and parking space, washing machine, various sun loungers, chairs and tables for outdoor use. The house offers the guest every comfort from the top-equipped kitchen to the German books in the house. The many terraces always provide a nice retreat—sometimes sunny, sometimes shady. The house leaves nothing to be desired. Not suitable for guests with disabilities due to the stairs. Not suitable for children due to the stairs and balconies.

Location and surroundings of object

The pleasant town of Lagos, 80 km west of Faro, with its winding streets and small squares, the pedestrian zone with restaurants and bars, was once an important port city.beautiful yacht and fishing port. Daily market. Lagos has beautiful, long sandy beaches, such as Meia Praia. Other small sandy beaches and coves, nestled in picturesque rock formations are located west of the centre (e.g. Praia da Dona Ana and Porto do Mós). Boat trips in and around the caves from Ponta da Piedade. Numerous golf courses in the area. Meia Praia is the name of the wide, 4 km long sandy beach directly near Lagos with a restaurant close to the beach. Some new holiday settlements and residential areas have been built. 18-hole golf course Palmares 4 km. Luz: The small coastal town of Luz, already established as a tourist resort, with supermarket, restaurants and cafés, is located 6 km southwest of Lagos. The long sandy beach of Praia da Luz stretches from the centre to Rocha Negra, the 'black rock'. 18-hole golf course Boavista 4 km. Odiaxere:The picturesque village of Odiáxere with white houses and a church worth seeing with Manueline portal and azulejos from the 16th and 17th century stands 6 km northeast of Lagos. 18-hole golf course Palmares 3 km. Nearest sandy beach Meia Praia 5 km. Praia da Dona Ana Praia da Dona Ana with its offshore rocky islets is considered one of the most beautiful beaches around Lagos (1.2 km). In high season there is usually a lot of bathing activity here.

Wonderful house in a great location :-)

Thank you very much for the lovely stay! The holiday home is very clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds were very pleasing. The location is quiet and ideal (directly at the beach), and Mrs. Block-Cordel was as always very friendly and helpful. I can only highly recommend it and would love to come back in 2026!

Algarve directly on the beach

Just across the street and we were at the beach. Great. There are some beach restaurants/bars, sun loungers, umbrellas, and the beach is supervised. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes by car to the city center of LAGOS, just 4 minutes. With UBER 4.00 €. The house is an ideal starting point for sightseeing in the Algarve.

A Wonderful Time in Lagos

We had a great time as a family in this house.

The house is near the beach, but it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center.

Regardless, the house is a perfect starting point for various activities around the Algarve coast.
Well equipped. The reception was great.

Relaxed vacation with short distances

Our second holiday in Casa Boa Vista was wonderful and totally relaxed from the first moment. The house: very clean again, fully and practically furnished with a great kitchen equipment. We slept very well in the beds again due to the very good mattresses. Already in the early morning, one has a magnificent view of the dunes, the sea, and the rising sun from the upper balcony. The beach is only 5 minutes away, the harbor and the city center are easily reachable on foot, as well as a large supermarket and some good restaurants. There is a bus stop and a train stop nearby that allows you to explore the Algarve wonderfully. We once again felt very comfortable in Casa Boa Vista and can only recommend this holiday home. Even a private parking space for the rental car is available at the house. The communication with Mrs. Block Cordel before and after booking worked very well during this stay, as did the on-site support from the caretaker Tania. We thank Mrs. Block Cordel and would love to come back next year.

Vacation at the beautiful Algarve

This house is incredibly beautiful with an exclusive location. You feel at home. Cleanliness is the top priority here. The house and garden are as described. The pictures are 100% accurate. The contact with the landlady was very friendly and smooth. For me, it is the most beautiful spot on Earth. I will be coming back this summer and I am already so excited.

Always happy to return to Casa Boa Vista, Baia de Cristal.

We were now two of us for the 2nd time at Casa Boa Vista and had another totally relaxing holiday. Short distances to the beach, the harbor, the restaurants, and to Pingo-Doce for shopping. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The service upon arrival and departure was perfect, the contact with the landlord always very friendly and smooth. We enjoyed the sea view from the two balconies (facing the street side) already in the morning when getting up. We can only recommend Casa Boa Vista and will come back.

a complete success...

super equipped end-of-terrace house with three balconies and a small garden as well as sufficient sunbathing areas and places to linger (outdoor fireplace).
Nothing was missing in the house, everything was there and we had the same comfort we have at home.

The proximity to the dunes and the beach is sensational. The only drawback is a road that runs between the dunes and the residential area. It is not very busy. However, in order to "calm the traffic", numerous paving stones have been incorporated, which are much louder and disturbing when driving over them. The railway line (local traffic) that runs parallel to the road in the dunes is not great, but it is rarely used and is not loud, it does not disturb.
It's more the roosters on the neighbouring property that do -;)

All this is moaning on a high level! When you can look at the rising sun and the sea from your bedroom in the morning, all is well with the world.

Excellent holiday home

A house in a wonderful location on the long Meia Praia beach in Lagos.
The furnishings meet all requirements, both in the house and with the large barbecue in the garden for cosy hours.
The sea view or the view in the direction of Lagos or Alvor can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Restaurants are also within walking distance on the beach and near the beach.
Conclusion: A more than recommendable holiday home.
