Apartment equipped with kitchen and single sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed + single bed, bathroom with window, shower and toilet, spacious terrace with table and armchairs (you can eat outside), microwave, wifi, car parking in the courtyard and TV SAT. Villa Mauro is situated in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro, at the end of a small private road, in a quiet and green position and therefore guarantees a pleasant and relaxing holiday.it is only 100 mt far from the shopping street with many shops. 300 mt far is the lovely sandy beach equipped with sun beds and umbrellas or the free beach which can be used free of charge with your own beach equipment. The central but quiet location allows you to move around on foot during the day as well as in the evening... this is really a big advantage! Nearby you will find everything you need: a supermarket just two steps away, bars, restaurants, the Junior Park..

Urlaub mit Baby und Hund
Leider war das Apartment sehr schlecht ausgestattet, den Backofen konnte man nicht benutzen, da er defekt war und den Vermietern war dies zuvor bekannt.
Allerdings wurde uns ein privater Mini Camping Backofen angeboten. Die Küche hatte wirklich sehr wenig Equipment.
Das Apartment liegt nur 50m neben dem Supermarkt und auch der Weg zum Hundestrand Betrug nur 15 Minuten.
Wir hatten unseren eigenen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Apartment und trotz der kleinen Größe hat es so gerade für 2 Erwachsene, ein Baby und Hund gereicht.
Die Klimaanlage wurde am Ende nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, was wir persönlich sehr gut fanden, da wir so nur 8 Euro für eine ganze Woche gezahlt haben, anstatt 50€ oder mehr, die sonst oft pauschal bei Buchungen berechnet werden.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.
Sie konnte sehr gut deutsch und hat uns ausführliche Informationen zum Ort und seine Umgebung gegeben.
Insgesamt würde ich das Apartment nur aufgrund seiner Lage weiterempfehlen, rein für das Apartment gesehen stimmen Preis-Leistung unsere Meinung nach nicht überein.

Das muss abgeklaert sein:Die Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf die Wohnung in der Anzeige, sondern auf eine komplett andere und kleinere Wohnung die angeboten wurde, da ich keine andere Verfügbarkeit in der angefragten Woche hatte
