Description
The accommodation is located in the Torre Bianca residence, newly built in 2019, not far from the beautiful, wide and gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues can be found in the immediate vicinity. The flats can all be easily reached via a lift. You also have the option of using a communal washing machine in the residence, so that your laundry can be cleaned without much effort even when you are on holiday. The flats are all equipped with air conditioning and heating, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday even in the cooler seasons. Lignano Sabbiadoro offers a wide range of entertainment and sports activities.
Newly built in 2019, the bright 3-room flat Trilo C5 offers space for a maximum of 5 people (overcrowding with a baby is also possible on request). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a single bed. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The stylish bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. End an eventful day together with the family on the furnished balcony. SAT-TV, air conditioning, heating and a first set of bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price. A car park is also included. Families with children also have the option of renting a travel cot (please specify when booking). A high chair can be hired on request when booking, for a deposit of 20 euros per high chair. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol on the beach. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. Travelling time from the Ital. Border approx. 4h.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is just a stone's throw from the accommodation and is therefore ideal for walking. The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach. On the beach you have the opportunity to play beach volleyball or table football. Of course you can also hire a pedalo and enjoy the big, wide sea. There is also a mini club on the beach so that your little ones can quickly make new friends from all over the world. All in all, the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the sports activities. You can cool off at the beach bar, where you can enjoy the most delicious drinks as well as a quick, refreshing snack. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach is also equipped with wide walkways to ensure that pushchairs can pass through.

The residence does not have a pool, but the beautiful sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is just a stone's throw away.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is easy to reach on foot, making it ideal for families with small children. Enjoy a walk together with your family along the promenade of Lignano Sabbiadoro and be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions. If you need a travel cot for your child, you can hire one on site. A high chair is available free of charge on request when booking.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: windsurfing, kite surfing or a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be hired to explore Lignano Sabbiadoro comfortably on two wheels. There is also a tennis court and horse riding facilities nearby (for a fee).
SHOPPING
Not only can you easily stock up on groceries and everyday items on foot, you also have various opportunities for shopping.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, Lignano Sabbiadoro offers plenty of choice.

LOCATION
Take advantage of the residence's excellent location and discover Lignano Sabbiadoro on foot. Not only is the beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes' walk away, but there are also various shopping opportunities for strolling around with the family.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more in the town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the town as well as discos for every taste. You are sure to find great clothes and little things in the 5 km long shopping street. The two amusement parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family, are just a few minutes away. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is famous not least for its 8 km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful footpaths and cycle paths also ensure relaxation and recreation. If you like harbours, you've come to the right place! There are several harbours here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to make a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will delight you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
