Description
This holiday home has a living area of 74 sqm for up to 4 people. From the entrance you enter the hallway. Here you go directly into the newly renovated bathroom. Then you come into the separate living-dining area and the open kitchen. This is equipped with a 5-zone ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven in a tall cabinet, air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, an HD television with German satellite programs, and via Ziggo you can also receive Dutch television. The two existing bedrooms each have a new box spring bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. Furthermore, each has an HD television. A small storage room including a washing machine is also available. Through the terrace door, lockable from inside and outside, you reach the 8-meter-wide terrace. This is covered. 2/3 of the total area is enclosed with windows. This means you can stay on the terrace even in wind and rain. Various garden furniture invites you to relax there. At the end of the garden is a barbecue area with a solid surface. The garden is completely fenced. Next to the barbecue area is a lockable garden gate. This allows you to leave the garden directly to the street with bicycles. There is a parking space for a car at the house. A large garden shed for storing bicycles and various items is available. A mounting bracket for a bicycle carrier is installed on the wall in the garden shed.

Shopping facilities are available in de Riepel with various shops and a supermarket.
Lidl has just built a brand new branch.
Another shopping centre is "Dorperwerth".
The way to the beach is on foot or by bike (about 1-2km), there are two stairways.

Great holiday in a well-maintained house

we were able to spend 2 weeks in your wonderful vacation home. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The whole house was very clean and well-maintained.

Super plus!!
We three
By this, I mean my husband, I, and our little furry one had a great short vacation in the very beautiful house!
Everything is very lovingly furnished and a wonderful garden!
Nothing was missing!
Our little dog could move around freely, as everything is also fenced for small furry ones!
There are also 2 brand new e-bikes that my husband has already used to go shopping!
We really hope we can book again next year!
Mr. Heinze was also very nice when we had questions! Dear Mr. Heinze, we have a small suggestion
Fly screens in the bedrooms would be great!

Again and again gladly
We have already been to this very cozy furnished holiday home 5 times and feel very comfortable every time.
We enjoy the peace and the perfect location for excursions and shopping with our dog.
The garden is hardly visible and simply perfect with a dog.
We will definitely come back.

Great vacation again!
We are now staying in the accommodation for the second time and have once again had a lovely holiday with our dog.
The accommodation is equipped with everything one needs. At the same time, everything is very lovingly and homely furnished, which made us feel at home and comfortable very quickly again.
Thanks to the fenced property and the quiet location, our holiday was very uncomplicated with our female dog.
