Description
Holiday home with unique outdoor area in the garden with lounge set. PRIVATE PLACE WITH Surrounding garden and good workplace with large dining table. The house is situated on a small private park in Egmond aan den Hoef. Good free wifi. Free parking in front (place for two cars)
Beds are made. For each guest there is a towel package available at no additional cost.
Layout: gaderobehoek, living room with sliding glass doors and garden view. Fireplace with logs for our guests. Separate dining area overlooking garden with unique outdoor area including lounge set and TV! Lovely place for children but also during cold evenings to stay. In the evening the garden lights up.
Kitchen with complete inventory and dishwasher (dishwasher tablets provided) also a refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, senseo, washer and dryer. New bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Downstairs is the first bedroom with a 1 bed (90 x 200) with electrically adjustable bottom (on request there is a camp bed and high chair available)
The stairs leads you to the first floor with vide. There you will find the 2nd room with a 2 person box spring (1.40 x 200), on the other side of the void is the 3rd bedroom with 2 x 1 bed (90 x 200) also both with electrically adjustable bottom.
In the garden is a barn where your bikes dry and safe. Two ladies bikes with gears for € 20 per bike per stay. Use of the barbecue in the garden is allowed.
At the sliding door is a terrace (with sunshade) and table with adjustable chairs. In the garden are also two sunbeds (including pillows). There is a pond and lawn in the garden and a unique outdoor area with a sliding door. The outdoor area has a lounge set and TV. Here you can on cool days or winter evening sit (heather available)
Free use of wifi. Smart TV in the living room with many channels and Netflix. Tv in the residence has a chromecast so you can stream from your smartphone or tablet on the TV.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated on a small private park at three km from the beach and sea. Near the most beautiful dune area in the Netherlands, where you can walk and cycle. In the house there is an information folder with everything there is to do in the area. In this nature you will find the Scottish Highlander and Konik horses in the wild. The house is 5 km from the city of Alkmaar and 40 minutes from Amsterdam. You can park for free at the house.

- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Het Leukste Huis Egmond wordt voor minimaal 3 nachten per periode verhuurd. Incheckdagen zijn bijna alle dagen van de week in overleg mogelijk. De huurprijs is voor maximaal 5 personen. Bedden zijn opgemaakt. Per persoon is een handdoeken pakket aanwezig( 1 grote, 2 kleine handdoeken en 1 washand) De huurprijzen zijn exclusief verplichte bijkomende kosten. De verplichte bijkomende kosten zijn; - Kosten eindschoonmaak verplicht (€60,- ) - Wij vragen een borgsom van €150,00 voor de vakantiewoning.Na het verlaten van de woning en controle door ons krijgt u binnen 3 werkdagen de borgsom op uw rekening teruggestort als alles in orde is. - Toeristenbelasting (1,90 euro p.p.p.n.) Geen verder bijkomende kosten. Doorberekening: De voormelde bijkomende kosten zullen na boeking/reservering middels antwoord op uw boeking aan u worden doorberekend. Hou er bij boeking/reservering rekening mee dat deze kosten nog bij uw boeking/reservering komen. Graag ontvangen wij uw adresgegevens na boeking/reservering.
- Een aanvraag voor reservering van de vakantiewoningen geschiedt via het sturen van een bericht via deze site. Wij bevestigen uw reservering binnen 48 uur per e-mail. Hierna ontvangt u van ons een factuur. Wij vragen u om 25 % van de totale huursom binnen 14 dagen na de factuurdatum aan ons over te maken. De andere 75% dient u 2 maanden voor de aankomstdatum aan ons te hebben voldaan.Wij behouden ons het recht voor om uw reservering te annuleren indien u zich niet houdt aan genoemde betalingstermijn(en). In geval van annulering onzerzijds worden eventueel al betaalde gelden gerestitueerd. Indien de aankomstdatum korter is dan 2 maanden bij boeking dient het gehele bedrag binnen 14 dagen te worden voldaan. Het is NIET toegestaan uw electrische auto,middels een kabel/verlengsnoer via ons electrciteitsnet van het huis, op te laden. Dit in verband met brandgevaar en de hoge kosten die aan het laden verbonden zijn.

There really is nothing missing in this lovely holiday home. Always nice to be here again.
You can always contact the landlord. They are super nice.

Great vacation in a beautiful holiday home
Here is a well-equipped and well-divided holiday house at a fair price. The holiday house is perfectly situated in a very quiet area and you can reach a very beautiful and extensive beach in 10 minutes by bike. The garden with the garden shed and the pond is very beautiful. Diagonally opposite the house is a small football field or a playground. In the neighborhood, you can buy fresh vegetables, eggs, and jam; otherwise, the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We stayed there with our two children for three weeks and enjoyed every day and will come back. The contact with the landlords is very friendly, fast, and uncomplicated. All in all, definitely for us, a grade of very good!

Pure relaxation
Very cozy house, lovingly furnished. Good starting point for beautiful bike tours. Pure relaxation and rest, it is very quiet. Everything is available in the house and there is plenty of space. However, the upper area is a bit difficult for tall people because the ceiling is low, or beams are in the way.

Fijne vakantie!
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het leukstehuisegmond! We waren van alle gemakken voorzien. fijn dat er een wasmachine staat zodat je je was ook in het huisje kan doen. Je bent zo op het strand waar je kan uitwaaien.

Heerlijk rustig plekje
Het vakantiehuisje ligt op een rustig gelegen plek. Het huis zag er tip top uit. Alles zag er goed verzorgd uit. In de avond was het heerlijk om met een wijntje in het tuinhuisje te zitten.
In de omgeving waren we met de fietsen zo bij de winkels, het strand en in de duinen om te wandelen.
We waren blij dat er haardblokken voor ons klaar lagen dat in de avond toch wat extra sfeer gaf.
Al en al een prima vakantie gehad en heb er niks op aan te merken.
De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en ontvingen ons goed toen we aankwamen.

Fantastische plek vlakbij duinen en zee
Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis. Aan echt alles is gedacht, voldoende servies en keuken met genoeg pannen. Open haard voor in de avond om lekker te branden. Netflix aanwezig zodat de kinderen lekker hun serie konden kijken. Tuin ligt vrij met een overkapping waar we in de ochtend d koffie konden drinken. Fietsen in de omgeving dichtbij de duinen. Je fiets zo naar het strand en de leuke winkels in Egmond. Kortom een aanrader

Heerlijk huis
Wat een ontzettend fijn huis met fijne inrichting en sfeer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst. Aan alle basis zaken is gedacht. Eerst even een koffie doen na aankomst ? Ook hier is aan gedacht. De koffie ligt klaar, net als veel andere basiszaken als bakolie, kruiden, wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het is aanwezig. Heerlijke tuin met overkapping waar je tot in de late uurtjes van buiten kunt genieten.. Kortom een fantastisch huis in een prachtige omgeving.

Wat een prachtige woning en locatie is dit. Op minuten van de duinen en heerlijk de rust kunnen pakken tijdens onze vakantie.
Naast natuur ben je ook heel snel in Alkmaar waar alle gewenste winkels zijn te vinden.
Het huis is zelf heel modern en vooral de tuin is echt top! Overal is wel aan gedacht en daarom is dit voor ons dus zeker een aanrader aan vrienden en familie. We hebben genoten!

Since 2017 we have been living in Zwaag as a blended family. The house in Egmond has been rigorously renovated on both the outside and the inside. This is how we created the nicest house in Egmond. The house is situated only 3 km from the beach of Egmond aan Zee and at the edge of the dunes. In a lovely quiet area with an enclosed garden, the house offers a lot of privacy. A place to enjoy the most beautiful dune area of the Netherlands!
