The 150 sqm detached chalet is situated on a 1,200 sqm private plot within the villa area Costa Nova in Javea on the Costa Blanca. The property is enclosed all around so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday here.
The unusually large private pool is 12 metres long (width 5 metres) and is ideal for swimming a few laps in addition to the usual swimming pleasure. The pool also has pool lighting. Four sun loungers are available for relaxing on the spacious pool terrace. There is also an outdoor shower and a seating area.
The brick-built outdoor barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings by the pool, or use the beautiful furniture of the covered house terrace, from which you can also reach the living-dining room.
This is equipped with a flat screen TV. A DVD player, internet connection, CD player, fan and a fireplace are available. The open kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker. A washing machine is located in an adjoining room. Three bedrooms are available and each has air conditioning and shutters for a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds, the third with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom is available. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. For the cooler season, the house is equipped with central heating. You can park your cars inside the enclosed property. There are several restaurants and a small supermarket in the vicinity. Smaller bathing bays can be reached in a few minutes by car, the sandy beach Arenal with its large promenade, many restaurants and bars is about 6 km away.
