This well-kept private villa is embedded in a beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants and is situated on a large private plot. The entire property is protected from view, so that you can move around freely and at your leisure.
The villa has been lovingly furnished by the German homeowners. The equipment of the 190 sqm villa is very extensive and offers a beautiful living ambience. In the bedrooms, air conditioners ensure a restful sleep, even on hot summer days.
The large private property is enclosed. Through the access gate you reach the parking spaces and the covered carport. High hedges protect the property from prying eyes of passers-by, so you can also move around freely and unconstrained here. You can also do without the use of your car once in a while, as restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance. You can also end your holiday with a bottle of wine in a cosy restaurant.
On the pool terrace, a gas barbecue invites you to an enjoyable barbecue evening. The garden lighting provides a romantic atmosphere and underlines the Mediterranean ambience.
6 sun loungers, parasols and various seating options are available for you. A brick outdoor shower provides cooling in between.
The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The 5 x 10 metre private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. A sun awning provides shade for the cosy dining group.
The glazed house terrace forms the transition from the house to the garden and the pool terrace, where another seating group awaits you. A flat-screen TV with SAT receiver (German ASTRA reception), a DVD player and an internet connection via WiFI (fibre optic cable with 30mb) are also available here.
From here you enter the spacious living - dining room. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with German SAT reception.
From the living - dining area you enter the extensively equipped kitchen with a breakfast terrace and an exit to the garden. It has a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, large fridge-freezer and all the utensils you need for cooking. Kitchen appliances such as a toaster, blender, Senseo machine, filter machine, juicer, blender, kettle and waffle iron are available.
A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also part of the extensive equipment.
An internal staircase leads you to the large double bedroom upstairs. This is furnished with a double bed (2 single mattresses each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and equipped with air conditioning and a small TV with its own SAT receiver. Adjacent is a bathroom with double washbasin and rain shower.
On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (2 single mattresses each 0.90 x 2.00 m), the other also has a double bed. These two bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning.

To the beautiful bathing bay Granadella it is about 3,5 km, the big sandy beach Arenal with promenade and numerous, restaurants and cafés is about 4,5 km away, on the way there you also find big supermarkets and further restaurants. Some restaurants, bars as well as a shopping possibility are also within walking distance from the villa.

By far the best holiday
From the booking to the arrival everything was perfect. The price/performance ratio was right. On site, everything was just as it looked on the photos, the weather was also good, so that's how you imagine the perfect holiday. We can really recommend the house and will definitely come back. Many thanks also to the pool attendant on site who gave us some great tips for excursions.
