Description

On the ground floor of the villa there is a large, modernly equipped kitchen with its own dining room and living room. This space is connected to the pool and terrace by large sliding glass walls, and with its amenities, the terrace serves as an extension of the living room, expanding this living area during the warmer months.

So that everyone can find their own peace or comfort, there is another smaller living room on the ground floor. Here, lovers of video games or TV series will be able to enjoy their hobbies undisturbed. The internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 4 bedrooms. Two of them, air-conditioned with double beds, have their own bathrooms. On the same floor there is also an air-conditioned twin room and a bedroom with two separate beds, also air-conditioned. Of course, a third bathroom is also available to guests here.

Again, on this floor there is a small area equipped with a comfortable armchair and a unique view of the surrounding nature, available to those who wish to escape in complete peace. The upper floor, accessed by internal stairs, leads us to an impressive rooftop terrace that covers the entire area of the house. Armchairs and loungers are available for those who wish to enjoy sunbathing during the day or the magnificent starry sky on summer evenings.

Once again, from this terrace you can simply enjoy this idyllic landscape, made up of the riches of the region such as olive trees and the famous vineyards of Istria.

In the outdoor garden, everyone can enjoy the pool (17. 05 - 01. 10) or in the outdoor lounge located nearby, while watching the children who can have fun not far away in the area reserved for them.

Even though everything is designed to allow you to have a good time with family or friends, this villa allows everyone to have their own privacy and peace.
