Location and surroundings of object
Our small, family-run holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in the Elsoff district of the town of Bad Berleburg. The house is equipped with everything that makes your holiday pleasant. This ranges from the Pelettofen (cosy evening in front of the fire) over flat screen TV with HD reception, to induction cooker for quick comfortable cooking. Further highlights are DVD player, hi-fi system, W-lan, and last but not least our wellness oasis, our steam shower temple.
For our guests we have created a great covered seating area with an outdoor grill, and for our little guests we have a trampoline, sandpit, swing, with gondola and a video game ready.

Elsoff is a village with about 500 to 600 inhabitants in the middle of the Rothaargebirge. The village has two restaurants, a children's playground, a kindergarten, a school and a doctor. In summer, the historic centre of the village is beautifully decorated with flowers and all kinds of things that used to exist in the agricultural sector but have now been replaced by modern technology.

Summer holiday
The house was as described, neat and clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place. If there were any questions, Mr Dreisbach was always available. The holiday home can be recommended in any case. We were there from 16.6-23.6.19, we liked it very much, a thank you again to the Dreisbach family

Everything you need to live.
The general furnishings are certainly a matter of taste and may not be 100% up-to-date for younger people (personal opinion). More importantly, the existing furnishings are all very well maintained and clean.
The kitchen is almost better equipped than my own and from washing machine, dryer, steam bath, TV and DVD player to WLAN access, everything is there to make even a longer stay comfortable. The internet connection is not the fastest, but you should also concentrate on the beautiful nature that takes place in the immediate vicinity.
The landlords live right next door and are always available for questions and make every effort to make the holiday as pleasant as possible for their guests. So 5/5!

Great accommodation for a quiet holiday
We (two people) spent almost a week in the holiday home.
We wanted peace and quiet and found it there. The house is very clean and we really wanted for nothing! The bathroom is a bit small, but you can still shower and bathe there if you want. Everything is there for everyone! The kitchen is equipped with two coffee machines (beans and powder) and everything you need. The beds are very good; mattresses, slatted frames; no squeaking, no creaking, nothing sagging. Just great!
The heating went out once. The landlord, Mr Dreisbach, was on the spot immediately and fixed the fault.
The fact that the landlords live right next door can only be rated positively. Simply very nice, helpful and friendly. No trace of pushiness or the like!
We felt very comfortable and say once again THANK YOU Dreisbach family
Another tip: Pizzeria "ROMA" in Bad Berleburg also excellent!

Empirical values
The house is very quiet and the view is really great!
The highlight was the steam shower with whirlpool.
We didn't like that the outdoor area was for communal use, some information on this would be helpful so one can prepare for that. We assumed we would have privacy outside as well.
The house itself is fairly clean, except for some very large cobwebs on the wooden beams. Washing, drying, and the fireplace are subject to charges for use, which is not a problem in itself, but it would be nice to have information in the listing so that one can bring enough change. Also not so nice was the "trash" or whatever one may call it stored under the stairs in the house. But well, most of the time is spent outdoors during holidays. Also not so nice was all the building material outside under the roof, right next to the sandbox where children play. Excursions can be reached by car within 1 hour. It's not boring during the drive either because there is always a lot to see and enjoy.

vielen Dank für Ihre Anregungen zur Verbesserung unser Qualität. Wir freuen uns, daß Ihnen unsere Gegend gefallen hat. und Sie sehr zufrieden mit dem Dampfduschtempel waren.
Wir bedauern, daß Sie sich gestört fühlten, wenn ich zur Arbeit muste oder wir bei Ihnen Blumen gießen musten. Weiter ist es normal bei uns wenn die Mieter außer Haus und mal schönes Wetter ist, daß wir den Außengrill auch für unsere Belange nutzen. Wir sind auch so freundlich und bieten unseren kleinen Gästen gerne auch mal wie in diesem Fall geschehen ein Wurst an, dieses wurde von dem kleinen Mann aber abgelehnt, da bei Mc Donalds gegessen. Schade!! Auf die Spinnweben zu kommen, dieses Problem haben wir ständig wenn vom Mieter die Fenster Nachts gekippt wird. dann kommen Spinnen rein und bauen Netze. Selbstverschulden des Mieters. Weiter vermieten wir nicht das Carport neben dem Haus wo z.Zeit noch 2 See Kisten lagern, um eine Rücksendung des neuen Dampfdusch tempel zu ermöglichen, als keine Baumaterialien und die Liegen für die Feriengäste.

Dream house in beautiful surroundings
The house leaves nothing to be desired for a relaxing holiday.
It is very clean and well-maintained. Everything is available, from the LED television to the DVD player, CD player, radio, and Super Nintendo with its own television upstairs.
In front of the house, there is a new barbecue fireplace with a new covered seating area which we were able to inaugurate. In addition, there is a swing and trampoline for children.
If you would like fresh rolls in the morning, they will be delivered at your desired time upon request. This service is rarely found elsewhere.
The villagers are extremely nice.
In the evenings, we often spent time at the barbecue area until 11:00 pm and could admire a variety of fireflies in the darkness (which is a highlight for someone who is not familiar with this spectacle).
All in all, it was a top holiday for us (2 adults and one child), and we will definitely spend our holiday here again.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Dorf mittem im Rothaargebirge. Wandern ist hier Top. Die nächsten Ortschaften sind mit dem Auto sehr gut in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
free time activities: Im Umkreis von ca. max 1 Stunde gibt es eine Vielzahl von Ausflugszielen.
shopping facilities: Der Edeka-Markt in Hartzfeld liegt ca. 5km entfernt. Ansonsten lädt Bad Berleburg in ca. 15km entfernt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein.
