Here is the translation to English: A cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. For bookings during the week (Mon-Fri), a cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, a processing fee of 10% of the rental price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within the deadline. After this period, a refund is excluded. A rebooking is possible as a gesture of goodwill and subject to availability, with up to 75% of the rental price being credited, depending on the notice period. In the case of short-notice cancellations due to force majeure or damage to the house’s technical equipment, claims exceeding the refund of the rental price are not permitted.

Guests who want to party with loud music and a lot of alcohol are kindly requested not to make any request, this intention is incompatible with the keeping of horses and will lead to the immediate termination of the tenancy agreement.
