Are you looking for holiday accommodation directly by the sea? Then we would like to invite you to our sea view flat in the idyllic village of Zierow, between Wismar and Boltenhagen. A child-friendly beach on the Wismar Bay awaits you here. There are many possibilities here, directly in front of the door or in the surrounding area, to pass the time in any weather. Try it out, you won't be disappointed !
Our holiday flat ( 98sqm ) is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea, all the way to the island of Poel. The large living room, with balcony access, has a cosy sitting area, from where you can also look out over the Baltic Sea. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 1 x with two single beds). A children's travel bed and a children's high chair are also available. A flat-screen TV and a music system provide entertainment. The separate kitchen was completely renovated in 2016 and is fully equipped: Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter / coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle and complete crockery. It has a spacious seating area where you can sit together comfortably while eating.
The shower room was renovated in 2018 and is almost barrier-free. A washing machine is part of the equipment.
Two reserved parking spaces are located directly in front of the house
This is a non-smoking flat. No dogs, as allergy sufferers are also among our guests, no barbecuing on the balcony !

Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is located in the state-recognised resort of Zierow (population 750), directly on Wismar Bay.
It is only 80m away from the guarded beach. The shallow water is ideal for children. There is a playground, various snack options, a café and a mini-golf course.
In the surrounding districts of Zierow there are various unspoilt beaches, which are among the most beautiful in the region. The long-distance Baltic Sea Cycle Route and the Cultural Cycle Route run through Zierow. Walkers will find a multitude of beautiful hiking trails past fields and through deep green forests that lead to the sea.

Cancellation terms:
From the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit

• From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price
• For cancellations less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice is what counts. Any amounts already paid will be offset.

Our guests can also make use of the facilities of the neighbouring 4-star Ostseecamping holiday park, subject to availability. These include, for example, children's entertainment in the "Kids Club" or "Willys Watthaus" and dance events in summer. You can explore the well-developed cycle paths along the Baltic Sea coast with your own bike. There is also a wellness area with sauna and small swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shop, restaurants, cafés, a bowling alley, an indoor playground and a riding stable.
Only 5 minutes by car from Zierow in Gägelow is the MEZ, a large shopping centre with about 50 shops, doctors' surgeries, pharmacy, etc.
The world heritage and Hanseatic city of Wismar is only 4 km away, the holiday resorts of Boltenhagen, the island of Poel, Warnemünde, Heiligendamm, Fischland/Darß and the cities of Schwerin, Lübeck, Rostock, Hamburg and Stralsund with the island of Rügen can be reached quickly by car.

Wonderful vacation apartment
We were in this truly beautiful, very spacious, and well-equipped vacation apartment with a dreamlike view of the sea at the end of September for a week. Everything was there, even a washing machine and freezer. The contact with the landlord, the Leuschner family, was very straightforward and nice. We were even allowed to add one more person. The lady from the local service was also very nice and easily reachable. There is also a small camping shop, a restaurant, and a playground for children, as well as some animals. Highly recommended!

Dream vacation.
We were lucky to spend 1 week vacation in this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped holiday apartment in a fantastic location. From the living room and balcony, we had a great view of the Baltic Sea. In the mornings, we could have breakfast on the balcony in wonderful sunshine. The manager of the apartment was also very nice. The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting surrounding cities or simply enjoying a day at the beach. I must not gush any further now, otherwise the apartment will soon be fully booked and we definitely want to come back.

We have hired an agency in Zierow to take care of the flat. The keys will be handed over to you at the property. The flat will also be returned to you personally at the holiday home.
