A hiking trail leads directly from the complex into the Zicker Berge – a gentle hilly landscape with fantastic views over Bodden, meadows, and the sea. In the other direction, you can reach the long sandy beach in just a few steps, inviting you to take long walks, relax, and swim in the summer. There are both textile and nudist sections. Bicycles can be rented within walking distance – ideal for exploring the Mönchgut on quiet paths. In the neighboring village at the end of the peninsula, there are also two kite and windsurfing schools for all who love wind and water. A special insider tip is the restaurant Zum Anker in Gager, which has remained almost unchanged since GDR times and can be reached on foot. Here you will find freshly caught fish at fair prices in an authentic atmosphere. The well-known bathing and excursion destinations Göhren, Sellin, and Binz are quickly accessible by car and invite you to stroll along the promenades, visit cafés, and make cultural discoveries. A stay is worthwhile at any time of year: In summer, the beach and sea are inviting; in autumn and winter, clear air, wide landscapes, and tranquility offer ideal conditions for hiking, unwinding, and recharging.

Groß Zicker is a small fishing village situated on the "Zicker See" lake. The village name is derived from the Slavic "Sikor" and means "tit village". Here you will find the famous Pfarrwitwenhaus, an adobe half-timbered house dating from 1723. Another historical monument is the brick church (end of the 14th century) with its remarkable stained glass windows.

Beautiful interior, quiet location
Very nice overall. Bathroom is a bit dated, but the rest of the interior is functional AND stylish.

Relaxed holiday home in a quiet location and close to the beach
We have had a week's holiday on Rügen and can absolutely recommend the holiday home. Super uncomplicated booking and also the arrival and departure could not have been easier. The holiday home is cosy and you can enjoy the sun all day on the terrace. We also liked the fact that the holiday complex is very quiet and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. We would love to come back again!

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
We were in Rügen for the first time and we are thrilled! The location of the holiday accommodation is absolutely recommendable, especially if you like it a bit quieter. Great starting point for excursions, whether by bike or car. Our 4-year-old daughter and we loved it that the beach was only a 5-minute walk away. Best section of the beach anyway, rather natural.
The bread delivery service is also great.
Felix as the landlord was always available and very nice. In general, the stay was uncomplicated and relaxed.
We would love to come back!
Finally, the nice lady who said goodbye gave us a tip. Namely, to take the ferry on the way back this time. We did it, it was great!

Dear guests, the holiday home has been in our family since 1991 and has always given us wonderful holidays. The location in the holiday home complex "Finnhütten Gager" allows you to quickly come into contact with other holiday guests. The football pitch on the grounds is a meeting place for young and old every evening. Especially in the low season, you can also spend a quiet holiday in the holiday home. Then it is quieter on the grounds and you can enjoy nature, take long walks on the beach and explore the Zicker mountains. The complex is located in the middle of nature. Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub auf Rügen hinter uns und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Super unkomplizierte Buchung und auch die An- und Abreise hätte einfacher nicht sein können. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und auf der Terasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen, dass die Ferienanlage insgesamt sehr ruhig und der Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Rügen und sind begeistert! Die Lage der Ferienunterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert,gerade wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, ob mit Rad oder Auto. Unsere 4jährige Tochter und wir, fanden es klasse, dass der Strand in nur 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen war. Bester Strandabschnitt sowieso, eher naturbelassen.
Der Brötchenservice ist auch toll.
Felix als Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett. Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt einfach unkompliziert und entspannt.
Gerne wieder!
Zum Schluss gab es noch einen Tipp der netten Frau, die uns verabschiedet hat. Nämlich, auf der Rückfahrt, diesmal mit der Fähre überzusetzen. Haben wir gemacht, war toll!

Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Im Wohnzimmer war genug Platz für 4 Personen und alles war sauber. Felix war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Mein Mann war begeistert. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Im Schlafzimmer die Dachschräge ist halt gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ansonsten zum Schlafen waren die Betten sehr gut.
