Cancellation terms:
At the time of booking completion, 30% of the booking amount must be transferred immediately. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the start of the trip. Cancellation: Up to 3 weeks before check-in and only with written cancellation! If a replacement occupancy is possible, it will be credited. If no replacement occupancy is possible, the entire amount of the loss will be charged. Up to 20% will then be credited. Recommendation: Take out travel cancellation insurance! The pandemic is not over yet!

Beautiful holiday apartment, good location.
Very nice vacation apartment, super located, everything within walking distance, good equipment, everything you need is there. Friendly landlords.

Spacious flat and nice landlords
The flat is very lovingly furnished, even if a little old-fashioned, everything was very clean and the bathroom was newly renovated, we didn't lack anything in the kitchen
There is plenty of space for two to three people and there is even a small balcony.
The landlords were very friendly and flexible
The location is quiet and the flat is close to the countryside, but it is still a 10-minute walk to the town and the Kaiserhaus.
We didn't use the accommodation much during the day because of a seminar, but we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back for the next training!

Great holiday home
Not too much is promised: The accommodation is spotless, the landlords very friendly and obliging, and the location close to nature and quiet. The surroundings offer possibilities for active holidaymakers as well as for stressed people who just want to "come down".

Beautiful, spacious floor on the outskirts of Neheim.
At the edge of the town of Neheim, we spent a wonderful peaceful end-of-year week and went for some beautiful walks and bike rides through the rolling landscape. Mrs. Inge told us a lot about the history of Neheim. A place to come back to! Klaas de Boer and Annie Knopers

Cozy 3-room apartment
The stay in the Naime house was very pleasant with an uncomplicated, very flexible handover of the apartment and keys on the first and last day. The house is well located and all amenities are within easy walking distance.
