Our manor house can be rented for up to 20 persons. It is 100% barrier-free and optimally equipped for physically handicapped persons and wheelchair users. The manor house has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets on 3 floors. All floors - from the cellar to the upper floor - can be reached with a passenger lift. We are especially prepared for our physically handicapped guests; care beds are available if required. In the house there are 2 mobile lifts which can be used to reach the handicapped accessible bathrooms.
Ground floor: - Large kitchen-cum-living-room with pantry equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove and ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator as well as washing machine and dryer (dishtowels are available). - TV with satellite reception - bedroom with double bed and nursing bed - bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet as well as mobile elevator. - Dining room - living room - toilet; upper floor: - 2 bedrooms with double bed and nursing bed - 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed - 4 bedrooms with double bed - 1 bathroom with mobile elevator, tub, shower and toilet - 1 bathroom with toilet and tub; cellar: - toilet - sauna with shower and barrel - cellar bar - fitness room
Around the large property there is a beautiful garden and two terraces. Parking possibilities are sufficiently available. Grill and fireplace can be used. For family celebrations, conferences and the like an exclusive guest room can be rented additionally, which offers place for up to 70 persons.

Location and surroundings of object
The family-run Wilhelmsruh manor house is situated in a beautiful spot. Surrounded by the Arnsberg Forest on the little river Heve, it invites you to go for a walk or a bike ride. Within a radius of 15-20 km are the towns of Soest, Bad Sassendorf, Werl and Arnsberg, they are definitely worth a trip. In a distance of 5 km is the Möhnesee, on which daily boat trips take place in summer. Around the lake, various leisure activities are offered or you can set the sails yourself. In the nearby Körbecke you will find gastronomy, a lake promenade, a leisure park and many shopping facilities.

Extraordinary house
It is a special, spacious house. A former manor house, lovingly furnished! I have never experienced anything like it before!
It is immediately cosy, and even with many people you feel both comfortable and spacious. A lift, and other facilities such as lifters, beds suitable for the disabled, etc. support older people and physically disabled people!
It is nice that Fam. CILKER, makes this extraordinary house available for visitors! Thank you!
