There is a shower room with a wellness shower and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with coffee machine, coffee maker, air fryer, Sodastream, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, kettle, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine. The garden offers several seating and lounging options, a beach chair, an outdoor shower, a small pond, and a charcoal grill. The holiday house, the garden, and the adjoining meadow can be used exclusively.

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Seeburg is located on Seeburger See and is called the “Eye of the Eichsfeld.” Our holiday home is situated at the entrance to the village on a typical village street and is the perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. Shopping facilities, nature, and excursion destinations are quickly accessible. Our adjoining large meadow with bushes and fruit trees lies on the edge of the nature reserve and the Seeanger. The natural surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike tours. We provide bicycles free of charge.
The Seeburger See with leisure activities and restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Our holiday home is centrally located between the Harz and the Kyffhäuser, the Solling and the Weserbergland. Therefore, from here you have the ideal starting point for many activities.

Dream vacation home
An absolute stroke of luck to have found this little house. The landlords are super nice and welcomed us with a small surprise. The house is clean, modernly furnished, and really lacks nothing. Everything is there that you might have forgotten to pack. So definitely worth a vacation. Thank you very much again, dear Regina and Frank.

Everything is great.

Everything was really perfect.
A personal and very nice greeting, great facilities, a really beautiful environment, and everything was very clean and tidy.
