There is a shower room with a wellness shower and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with coffee machine, coffee maker, air fryer, Sodastream, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, kettle, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine. The garden offers several seating and lounging options, a beach chair, an outdoor shower, a small pond, and a charcoal grill. The holiday house, the garden, and the adjoining meadow can be used exclusively.

The village of Seeburg is located on Seeburger See and is called the “Eye of the Eichsfeld.” Our holiday home is situated at the entrance to the village on a typical village street and is the perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. Shopping facilities, nature, and excursion destinations are quickly accessible. Our adjoining large meadow with bushes and fruit trees lies on the edge of the nature reserve and the Seeanger. The natural surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike tours. We provide bicycles free of charge.
The Seeburger See with leisure activities and restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Our holiday home is centrally located between the Harz and the Kyffhäuser, the Solling and the Weserbergland. Therefore, from here you have the ideal starting point for many activities.

Two weeks in the dream house
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful wooden house.
The welcome was very warm and everything was explained to us in detail.
The house is really fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We did not use the garden, but it is huge and very well maintained.
Shopping options are reachable after a short drive.
100% recommendation!

Beautiful
Very well thought-out holiday home, everything is there that you have at home. You don't even need to bring towels or bed linen.
Very nice hosts, you just have to say something and it is taken care of immediately.

Best vacation apartment we have ever had
We spent a fantastic weekend in the holiday apartment "Little Break." Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days – we would have loved to stay much longer in this great holiday home! We really lacked nothing here. The furnishings are modern, well-maintained, and decorated with great attention to detail – you immediately feel at home. The location in Seeburg is simply ideal: wonderfully quiet and perfect for just switching off and enjoying the surroundings. A very special highlight was also the incredibly friendly landlord. We were welcomed so warmly and felt at home from the very first minute. For us, it is certain: We will definitely come back – and next time for longer, guaranteed! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Dream vacation home
An absolute stroke of luck to have found this little house. The landlords are super nice and welcomed us with a small surprise. The house is clean, modernly furnished, and really lacks nothing.
