Pure relaxation in the Wattläufer holiday home with the wellness factor, in quiet surroundings in a street with little traffic
Holiday home furnished to a high standard with its own extensive sauna with colour light therapy in the house and a wood-burning stove for the cold days. Pleasant ambience with many small special features. You will certainly feel at home here.
For our "communicative" guests, we also provide telephone and internet via LAN, and WLAN for a fee
The Wattläufer holiday home has a good 100 square metres of living space at your disposal. It offers space for up to 5 people, the sleeping accommodations are distributed over three well-equipped bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor
Your holiday home has a fully equipped open-plan fitted kitchen, a large living/dining room (colour TV, DVD, stereo with CD player and telephone + DSL flat rate), a large bathroom with ground-level clear glass shower and sauna with coloured light on the ground floor, an additional shower room on the upper floor with an extra-high shower tray for bathing babies or small children.
The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, an interesting feature for holiday homes (old buildings have a higher floor slab, similar to heat storage!).
Otherwise, the holiday home is fully equipped from plaster to hairdryer and of course iron, washing machine, etc. The bedrooms are also equipped according to your needs, i.e. with wardrobes for clothes, bedside tables with alarm clocks for your utensils.
Unfortunately we cannot list everything, otherwise I would still write tomorrow ;-), but feel free to ask for further details, I will be happy to answer your specific questions.
The covered terrace with small garden is equipped with garden furniture, partly teak, a barbeque grill and sun loungers
For the children there are additional toys, a sandpit and a small slide
In the children's room there are of course games, books and radio plays, small music system, TV and DVD and some films for the older ones and children's films
There is a playground only a few metres from the holiday home, which can also be visited by the children alone
The holiday home is especially interesting for allergy sufferers, as unfortunately animals cannot be accommodated and smoking is prohibited in the house!
In case of non-observance, increased additional costs will be incurred, deposit is required and will be paid back immediately after proper acceptance!

You can reach the North Sea dyke, the sea and the beach area of Norddeich by bike or on foot via a country lane past meadows, fields and all kinds of animals after a good 2 km. By bike you need 10-15 minutes, by foot you need a bit more time.
The location is generally very appreciated by our guests who are looking for peace and quiet, as you can hardly hear a vehicle here and you can lull yourself to sleep in the evenings by the call of the little chicks.
Especially in times of high season, you will appreciate being able to find the necessary holiday peace outside the hustle and bustle of Norddeich.
You will find all the necessary shops, from a DIY store to Aldi, in a shopping park 1.5 km away
Norden is the oldest Frisian town on the North Sea. In early times there were chiefs here, ... but no Indians!
Chiefs were the names given to the tribal leaders of the time, whose lineage still exists today. Thus it can be deduced from the respective family trees that the Swedish royal house is their descendant.
Of course, Norden has a lot to offer in terms of sightseeing. There is, of course, above all the North Sea with its offshore islands and the "Wadden Sea World Heritage Site" with its unique flora and fauna.
There are also many small museums to explore and, of course, you should also pay a visit to the little howlers (baby seals) in the seal breeding station.
In the "Waloseum" you can learn even more about the nature that surrounds East Frisia.
The Ocean-Wave is the largest seawater wave pool in the area and also a wellness oasis for those days when the North Sea doesn't allow swimming

| Unfortunately, due to the current situation on the utility market, we have to charge a flat-rate electricity fee of 5 €/night for an occupancy of up to 4 persons. Each additional person 1,50 €/night. We are very sorry, but otherwise it is not possible for us to maintain the rental business. Spa fees (visitor's tax): (subject to change by the spa administration), Adults and youths (from 16 years) November - March : 1,20 € / day, March - October : 2,50 € / day according to. Kurverband Norddeich, further information on the use of the spa tax can be found on the website of the town of Norden. Bookings during mid-season, high season and holiday periods are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday of each week. Outside these times, alternative arrival is also possible Short-term rentals of min. 4 days only in the months of November - March (holiday periods excluded) and at short notice subject to availability. All (weekly) offer prices can only be booked by the week and cannot be calculated downwards Unfortunately no pets. |

3 real summer weeks.
The weather this year has been so beautiful, unlike anything we've experienced in previous years, pure sunshine - apart from a few days that were good for cooling down. We are repeat customers and come here to Wattläufer or Wattnblick every year, very beautiful houses that make the holiday really cozy. We have become very satisfied regular guests, and there are small things everywhere ;-) , we are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful days and great service.
It was very beautiful and hot days in the north, sometimes already too hot. Our vacation was a complete success, and the on-site support was very good as well. We all liked the house, especially the space for 4 people, which was more than enough, better than a small apartment for 14 days. Thanks again for the tip in advance. Your information package was very appreciated, which is rather unusual and gave us joy during the planning. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.
