The comfort holiday home was built in 1999. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town of Norden in the direction of Norddeich and has a private garden with a south-west facing terrace and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious, tiled living room (flat screen satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player) with dining area and high chair in the bay window, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, baking dishes, plenty of crockery and cutlery and much more.on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio/CD as well as a shower room/WC with washing machine. The holiday home includes terrace furniture for 4 people and a barbecue. It is rented out all year round.

The 85 sqm house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Norden towards Norddeich and has a garden and terrace facing south-west. It is approx. 2.5 km to the beach and approx. 15 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone in Norden. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.
Leisure activities: Swimming, mudflat walks, boat trips, adventure pool, water sports, cycling, visit to the seal breeding station in Norddeich, spa.

Wunderschöne Adventszeit im komfortablem Ferienhaus Lambertus
Die freundliche Auskunft des Vermieters bei der Urlaubsanfrage, die informellen und ebenfalls freundlichen Auskünfte vor Ort durch die Betreuerin des Hauses wurden nur noch durch den hervorragenden Zustand und der komfortablen Einrichtung des Hauses übertroffen. Ein grosser Garten ergänzt den Wohlfühleffekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse, aber alles Notwendige, wie Einkauf usw. liegen nicht weit weg. Zum Strand in Norddeich sind es per Rad oder Auto ein paar Minuten. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.
