This newly built and comfortable ground floor apartment is located in the small village of Kornić on the island of Krk, just 1000 meters from the beach. Special features include a private pool, a spacious outdoor terrace, and an unobstructed view of the sea to the Punat marina.
Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately feel at home. Each area is designed with attention to detail, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The central area of the apartment is a large, open space that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and offers satellite TV for entertainment.
The kitchen in Apartment Timmy is fully equipped, allowing you to cook just like at home. It includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a table for four people, ideal for shared meals.
The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a high-quality double bed, large wardrobe, and desk. The rooms provide ample space and a quiet environment for a perfect sleep. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, equipped with all necessary utensils such as towels, hairdryer, sink, and toilet. Bed linens and towels are always fresh and ready for guests. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms, especially practical for longer stays.
The garden and the terrace are spacious and completely fenced, ensuring privacy and security. The terrace is equipped with an elegant seating area, perfect for morning coffee or social evenings. Simply fantastic!
We were warmly welcomed by Željka and her little son. Prior communication via WhatsApp was already smooth and uncomplicated.
The apartment was perfect for our vacation with three people. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone had enough space. It is very clean and well-maintained and furnished in a modern style, with nothing missing in the kitchen. We grilled several times, for which 2 grills are available.
The surrounding area is very quiet, which we really enjoyed.
But of course, the highlight is the large pool and the view of the harbor of Punat.
A small supermarket and a restaurant (highly recommended) can be reached within a 2-minute walk, and a bakery is about 10 minutes away.
Željka is a wonderful hostess.
We will definitely come back!
