Villa Lavender's Breeze is an ideal house for a relaxing getaway by the seaside. With its warm Jacuzzi, heated saltwater pool, well-maintained garden, BBQ, bicycles and modern equipment indoors, Villa Lavender's Breeze ensures you a perfect vacation. It is located just 1200 meters away from the sea, close enough to easily reach it, but still far enough to relax in a quiet atmosphere.
Villa is modern furnished; its warm and thoughtfully detailed interior with a Mediterranean touch invites you to enjoy your holidays in a peaceful atmosphere. Villa Lavender's Breeze offers three double-bedded bedrooms with bed linens and air conditioning in each room, a bathroom and toilet with towels, a spacious area with living room, dining area and kitchen. Just outside is a big shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the sunsets. Next to Villa Lavender's Breeze is a shed for storing bicycles and other equipment. All the rooms get plenty of light during the day, though if you wish to do so, you can regulate brightness with shutters.
Washing machine, dishwasher, oven and the rest of the fully equipped kitchen, LCD television, Wi-fi internet connection and radio are all available to use for guests at Villa Lavender's Breeze. Villa is fully air conditioned and has a central heating system and a romantic fireplace in the living room, so it is perfect for spring or autumn holidays as well.

Villa Lavender's Breeze is located in the heart of Kornić village, but hidden behind the trees and neighbouring summerhouses. Just 1200 meters away is a fantastic beach, where you can find a quiet place or enjoy one of many adrenalin sports that are available. There you can windsurf, kite surf, boat pedal; rent a boat or jet, water tube or just chill in the beach bar. The capital city of Krk is just 7 kilometres away and city Punat is just 3 kilometres away. You can run, cycle or just walk on the paths by the sea to city's or find your quiet paths through the olive trees and vineyards.

"A beautiful house..."
The villa was very clean..we would recommend it 100%..The landlord is very nice and speaks good German..we could reach him by phone if we had any problems..our dog also felt comfortable and the property was well fenced in...Everything we needed was there...the only thing that might be good is maybe an air conditioner in the other rooms...But as I said, it was a very clean and beautiful house...and the small grocery store was only 5 minutes away on foot..you can buy the essentials you need there from 7am to 2pm...We were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much...Family Donat

Dream holidays in Kornic
We spent a wonderful week in "Lavenders Breeze". The house is in a quiet location but the bakery and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location is a good base for excursions in any direction. The house and its equipment are unique and leave nothing to be desired. The landlords are very warm and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Everything is great!
Finally, we were able to start our vacation in the villa, because of Corona, we had to postpone it for 2 years. When we arrived, to our delight, a pool had also been built.
We had a lot of space and our dog also felt very comfortable. With the bicycles we had brought with us, we could explore a lot and to get to the beach, we had to go down the hill :-)
We were definitely very satisfied. One more thing, if a "chimney sweeper" should come by and want to "check" the chimney, do not pay under any circumstances, he is trying to rip off vacationers. We immediately called the landlord.
Otherwise, as already mentioned, everything was perfect :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Das war das schönste Haus, das wir jemals gemietet haben!
Schon der Empfang durch den Vermieter, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat, war ein netter Auftakt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist in mehrfacher Ausführung vorhanden. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, wenige Meter hinterm Haus beginnen die Wanderwege durch Olivenhaine, nach Krk/ Punat/ Vrbnik , die wir gerne genutzt haben.
Der Jacuzzi hat unsere strapazierten Muskeln dann abends mit Massagen entspannt- wundervoll!
