Description
The flat has a big living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom and the flat is situated in a Residence directly on the lake of Garda. In the picture You can appreciate the wonderful view from the garden in front of the house, where from a private passage You can go directly to the beach.
The garden, of 2000 squares meters, has marble tables where it\'s possible to
have lunch or dinner enjoying the sound of the lake and of the birds, having the amazing view of 180 degrees on the lake of Garda. In the garden there is also a private shower.
The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows of the bedroom and of the living room are protected by railings. The flat has also a private terrace and a garage.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in San Benedetto di Lugana, a small village beetween Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione.
In Lazise there is the famous park of Gardaland and Caneva World, and Lazise is 10 Km far from the apartment.
In Cola\' di Lazise there is also the Thermal Park Villa Cedars, where it\'s possible to spend a relaxing journey.
From our house is possible to reach by car Verona, Mantova, Padova and Venice . The house is in San benedetto di Lugana very close to Peschiera del Garda that is a characteristic town of lake Garda: it stands on the low shore of the lake where waters flow into the outflowing stream called Mincio and it is completely surrounded by canals.
The historic centre of Peschiera is delimited by walls which modified the natural routes of the river. The first settlements were during the Bronze Age (typical finds were located: arrow points, swords). During the Roman period, Peschiera became an important centre.
Peschiera is 25 kilometres far from Verona and it is easy to be reached: toll A4 Milan-Venice for people travelling by car, the Peschiera train station (Milan-Venice way) for people arriving by train, the Verona Villafranca airport for people travelling by plane.
From the port of Peschiera it is easy to reach the other towns of Lake Garda by boat. There is a 40 km long cycling lane starting from Peschiera del Garda which connects the Lake to Mantova and that coasts the river most of the time, in a nature where the Mincio Park extends itself, where Peschiera does not border.
The park of Gardaland and other parks are also the cause of a tourist crush.

Great location!
We spent a week in this accommodation. The location was simply fantastic! The apartment is situated right by the lake, and there is private access to the beach (where dogs are also allowed). We also found the large garden and the balcony with a beautiful view to be wonderfully lovely. The landlords are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Top Urlaub
We had a wonderful holiday in paradise. The vacation rental was sparkling clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The accommodation is located directly on Lake Garda with a beautiful view of the lake. Our dog was, of course, also warmly welcomed, and it was very convenient that the dog beach was right outside the door. We just had to go through the garden and down a small staircase, and we were already at the beach. The terrace of the apartment is simply awesome as it is shady and pleasantly cool. Daniela and Stefano are super nice and helpful. You always have a good contact from before arrival until the last day of departure. I can only recommend this dreamy accommodation. Everything just fit perfectly. Thank you very much, dear Daniela and Stefano, for this wonderful time.

Dream vacation
It was the most beautiful vacation at Lake Garda. The landlords are such nice people. They waited for over an hour upon arrival because we were late due to traffic. Our dog and we were welcomed warmly and felt immediately comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, and we felt right at home. We will definitely come back. Daniela and Stefano are simply super lovely.

Here one would like to stay.
Very helpful and nice landlords. Very clean apartments (everything according to Covid_19 regulations). The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The only improvement I would wish for is a small sofa in the living room. But the comfortable armchair and rocking chair are also fine. Fantastic view from the huge terrace over the garden to the lake. Dog beach right outside the door. Despite the fee, I can highly recommend it. We wanted to stay and not go home. We were here with our Labrador Milow. Our dog was welcome everywhere at Lake Garda. Dogs are allowed to go for walks almost everywhere here. Daniela and her husband are super nice and welcomed us with champagne, pastries and mineral water. We were also informed about sights etc. We felt very well taken care of. We can only recommend this beautiful dream accommodation to everyone and would love to come back. I can also highly recommend the area with its many different places, one more beautiful than the other. The corner of paradise was aptly chosen here.

It was an incredible experience. The perfect house for families with children and dogs. The location is unique. Clean and equipped with everything you need. The landlady is very loving. There is a detailed briefing for the house and tips for the surroundings and shopping options.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage war einfach nur traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist direkt am See gelegen und es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Strand (auf dem auch Hunde erlaubt sind).
Der große Garten, sowie der Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht haben wir auch als traumhaft schön empfunden.
Die Vermieter sind extrem sympathisch und bemüht.
Alles in einem, können wir diese Wohnung unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Paradies. Die Ferienwohnung war blitzsauber , groß und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Gardasee mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Unser Hund war natürlich auch herzlich willkommen und sehr vorteilhaft war es das der Hundestrand direkt vor der Tür lag. Wir brauchten nur durch den Garten und eine kleine Treppe hinunter und schon war man am Strand. Die Terrasse der Wohnung ist einfach genial den sie liegt schattig und ist angenehm kühl. Daniela und Stefano sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat jederzeit einen guten Kontakt schon vor der Ankunft bis zum letzten Abreisetag. Ich kann dieses traumhafte Domizil nur weiter empfehlen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Vielen Dank liebe Daniela und Stefano für diese schöne Zeit.

Es war der schönste Urlaub am Gardasee. Die Vermieter sind so nette Leute. Sie haben bei der Ankunft über eine Stunde gewartet, da wir aufgrund des Verkehrs zu spät kamen. Unser Hund und wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und wir waren gleich zu Hause. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr sehr hilfsbereite nette Vermieter. Sehr saubere Wohnungen(alles nach Covid_19 Vorschrift). Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Als einzige Verbesserung würde ich mir ein kleines Sofa im Wohnzimmer wünschen. Aber der bequeme Sessel und der Schaukelstuhl tun es auch. Traumhafter Blick von der riesen Terrasse über den Garten auf den See. Hundestrand direkt vor der Tür. Diesen kann ich trotz Gebühr sehr empfehlen. Wir wollten am liebsten bleiben und nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir waren mit unserem Labrador Milow hier. Unser Hund war am Gardasee überall willkommen. Hunde dürfen hier fast überall Gassi gehen. Daniela und ihr Mann sind super nett und haben uns mit Sekt, Gebäck und Mineralwasser begrüßt. Wir wurden auch über Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert usw. Wir fanden uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir können diese schöne traumhafte Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder . Auch die Umgebung mit ihren vielen unterschiedlichen Orten, von den einer schöner ist als der Andere kann ich nur empfehlen. Ecke des Paradieses wurde hier treffend gewählt

Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das perfekte Haus für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden. Die Lage ist einmalig. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebevoll. Es gibt eine ausführliche Einweisung für das Haus und Tipps für die Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und bei hoher Hitze angenehmen kühl.
Die Besitzerin Daniela Zaccara ist sehr hilfsbereit, mega Lieb znd versorgt Einen mit jeder Menge Infos und Tips. Es gibt nichts was wir beanstanden konnten, imGegenteil die Zeit verfliegt dort wie im Flug

Die Zeit dort an diesem wunderschönen Ort, war so unglaublich schön und erholsam. Der Blick von dem Balkon aus auf den Gardasee war ein Traum. Unsere Hunde liebten es im Wasser zu spielen, der Hundestrand, den man direkt über den Garten erreicht, war wirklich prima. Die Vermieterin hat sich viel Zeit genommen alles zu erklären, so dass wir keinerlei Probleme hatten.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Im Ort bekommt man alles, so dass wir das Auto oft gar nicht bebraucht haben. Für alle, die mit ihrem Hund, einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub möchten ist dies genau der richtige Ort, aber auch für romantische Stunden zu zweit, dieSonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum. Angolo di paradiso trägt seinen Namen zurecht.

Es war für uns der beinahe perfekte Urlaub. Ausblick direkt zum See von der Terasse aus war herrlich z.B. beim Frühstück. Direkter Seezugang über den
Garten und sofort ist man am "Hundestrand", mit eigenen Liegen für den
Hund. Überhaupt sind die Italiener sehr tierlieb.
Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. :-) Als kleine Anmerkung: Es fehlen Korkenzieher, Wein - u. Sektgläser und ein Serviertablett.
