The spacious holiday flat in the climatic health resort 25842 Langenhorn has a terrace and garden with a generous outdoor area and plenty of space for fun, games, variety and relaxation.
WELCOME
Arrive and switch off - get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life: a varied holiday awaits you, during which you will enjoy a wonderful time. Whether you want to go to the beach or the open-air swimming pool, go hiking in the mudflats or on land, just let the peace and quiet take effect on you, switch off while reading or actively explore the area in a sporting way, conquer North Friesland. Whatever you decide, you will be able to do it here!
ALL INCLUSIVE
The rental price includes all additional costs for heating, electricity, water, WLAN, made-up beds, towels, bathrobes and final cleaning. Bedspreads are provided, additional duvets and pillows free of charge on request. Safe, SIEMENS washing machine and dryer, separate drying area under the carport are available free of charge. You can also park here free of charge on the designated car parking space. Only the use of the WALLBOX (electric car charging station) is charged optionally at a flat rate of EUR 14.00 per day and car.
DISTRIBUTION
Since mid-2021, the 4**** holiday flat "Mein Hanni" offers space over two floors on a total area of approx. 96 sqm + terrace (approx. 42 sqm). On the ground floor, next to the foyer with cloakroom (approx. 8 sqm), there is the combined living (approx. 10 sqm) and dining room (approx. 9 sqm) with the kitchen (approx. 10 sqm). From here you can also go out onto the south-west facing terrace. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (approx. 20+12 sqm), a lounge (approx. 12 sqm), the bathroom (approx. 8 sqm) and the hallway (approx. 5 sqm) with the separate reading area (approx. 3 sqm). All rooms have parquet floors, bathroom and foyer are tiled.
FACILITIES
Children of all ages are very welcome. On request, we can also provide you with a fully equipped cot (60 x 120), changing mat, stair guard and a height-adjustable high chair free of charge. 200 m away is a very spacious public children's playground with modern equipment (climbing castle with slides and sandpit, seesaw and swings).

The bathroom: In VILLEROY & BOCH design, you will find a washstand, shower, WC, wall and cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, etc., as well as an initial supply of hygiene utensils.

LOCATION
The holiday home "Mein Hanni" is located on an 800 square metre site at Schoolstieg 30 in 25842 Langenhorn/North Friesland in the West-Langenhorn district. Initially - hence the name - Schoolstieg was just a small lane leading to a small village school. In the course of the last decades, it has been built up with mostly single-family houses and today serves as a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac for residents only.
West-Langenhorn represents the village centre of the old village. In addition to the St. Laurentius Church, the market square named after Friedrich Paulsen is also located here, and opposite the church is the listed building of the Old Smithy. In the neighbourhood of the idyllic holiday flat "Mein Hanni" are thatched-roof houses, which are very typical for the region, the former old village school and a historic windmill, which today receives much praise and popularity as the restaurant Westermöhl.
Vis-à-vis the school rise, the hiking trail "Zur Badekuhle" leads past a natural bathing pond into the adjacent wooded area of Sandberge, which is joined by the Langenhorner and Bordelumer Heide nature reserve. The landscape of Langenhorn, characterised by the Geest and the Marsch, shows its complete versatility here.
The municipality of Langenhorn is an absolutely centrally located, steadily growing village in North Frisia with a current population of approx. 3,300. It lies between the district town of Husum, about 25 km to the south, and the small town of Niebüll, about 17 km to the north. The nearest small town is Bredstedt, about 7 km in the direction of Husum. Langenhorn is well connected by bus and train via the local railway station Langenhorn (Schlesw) or via regular bus lines
The village offers fresh eggs, milk and vegetables directly from the farmer, two supermarkets, bakeries, a NF souvenir shop, petrol stations, bicycle rental, restaurants, snack bar, pizza service, post office, credit institutions, hairdressers, skin care practice, massage practice, various doctors, dentists, alternative practitioners and a pharmacy
The North Sea coast is just 8 km away. The bathing spots (e.g. Hamburger Hallig, Holmer Siel, Schlüttsiel, Dagebüll, Sylt, Röm (DK), St. Peter-Ording, and many more) are spread along the entire North Frisian and Danish coast. The train journey from Langenhorn station to Westerland on Sylt takes about three quarters of an hour. The islands and Halligen of the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea can be easily reached by bicycle via the ferry terminals in Schlüttsiel (approx. 12 km), Dagebüll (approx. 19 km) and Nordstrand (approx. 25 km). Denmark is just a 30-minute drive away. Just before the border is the Nolde Museum, other museums such as the Theodor Storm House or the Shipping Museum in Husum, and many more scattered throughout the region.

A perfect surprise
Dear Mr. Clausen,
when we arrived here exhausted in the evening, the cool drinks were a perfect surprise!
After our daily excursions, the holiday cottage was just as lovely a home as the one we have back home. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. The bookshelf especially appealed to one of us :).
Overall, we found the style of the decor very successful. We really felt very comfortable and welcome at "Mein Hanni." Your commitment and the loving details made our stay something very special. Also, a heartfelt thank you to your housekeeper for the flawless preparation. We would love to come back and look forward to the next vacation.

Pure relaxation
A heartfelt hello,
we can only agree with our "predecessors." We have stayed in various vacation rentals before, but none were as wonderfully equipped as "Mein Hanni"!
We thank you for the uncomplicated addition of our friends. Thanks to the delicious welcome drinks, we were able to comfortably toast to our vacation with our friends on the really beautiful terrace on Saturday :).
After three days of vacation with four people... In a group of five (our Levi must not be missing, of course) with many excursions to different places, we enjoyed our vacation for another 3 days as a trio. We can only say that this was pure relaxation here, and one can wonderfully switch off from everyday stress.

"My Hanni" - a vacation home to feel good
Langenhorn in North Frisia is a quiet place that invites relaxation and well-being. The holiday home, with its amenities and comfort, is exemplary and is located on a very well-kept, clean, and peaceful property. This makes the stay very pleasant. The proximity to the North Frisian Islands provides an opportunity to explore and admire them. Whether it's Sylt, Amrum, or Föhr, you will find plenty of peace, relaxation, beautiful beaches, and a wide range of excursion opportunities on the North Sea islands. You can also leave the car behind and take the train towards Sylt. Or take a short trip to Hamburg, Kiel, and Flensburg. Discover the region with the Schleswig-Holstein ticket (from €30 for 1 day). Peaceful vacation
Hello,
We had 2 weeks of peace and relaxation. Those who want to spend their vacation directly on the beach will not get their money's worth in Langenhorn. Otherwise, the location is great for extensive biking and hiking tours. The house is located at a quiet dead-end street, and the neighbors are typically Northern German - open and warm-hearted. The landlord, who was also on-site during our absence, is very hospitable. The communication prior to the vacation can be described as exemplary.

Very nice holiday home, stylishly furnished, we didn't miss anything, thank you for the nice guest gifts. Size is also sufficient for a family of 5 and lapdog. Friendly contact, trouble-free, short-term rental. Even the gardener signs up too. Quiet location, from here the entire North can be easily reached, good transport connections. Well-maintained property, highly recommended. Keep it up.

Well rested, felt good and experienced a lot.
Hi Josch,
our first holiday in the "True North" immediately impressed us. We had very nice days here, recovered well, and the weather couldn't have been better. Everything in the apartment is perfect, and nothing was missing. We enjoyed the view of the beautiful garden during breakfast and the peace and quiet. On the "sun terrace," we could always catch the last rays of sun in the evenings.
After our cozy breakfast, we did a lot of things. We visited Hallig Hooge, Husum, Kappeln, Sankt Peter-Ording, Tondern, Norddeich, Friedrichstadt, Föhr, Amrum with its beautiful beach, Büsum for a small festival at the harbor, and Eckernförde on the east side. Always with delicious fish in hand or on the plate.
The people are very nice, and we love the cool charm. All in all, we really enjoyed it, as it was our first time so far north, and we will definitely come back; there's still much to discover. We take this opportunity to visit your domicile once again.

mancher Abschied ist schwerer als angenommenen, gell?! Da schwingt nach nur kurzer Zeit bereits eine ganze Menge Wehmut mit. Aber heute ist nicht alle Tage, ihr kommt ja wieder, keine Frage!
Schön, dass ihr euch so gut erholt habt, es fehlte euch an nichts und ihr konntet die Ruhe genießen. So soll es sein, das freut mich sehr, denn es entspricht genau dem Anspruch, der Philosophie von „Mein Hanni”, die sich hier entfaltet und ankommt.

as a family, we had lovely days in North Sea Land! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The house is VERY WELL equipped, and we lacked for nothing. :) The terrace is also a beautiful spot to spend your vacation and with the beach chair, you're well prepared for sunny days.
The welcome gifts were very generous. :) Thank you so much ;) We all felt very comfortable in the house and despite the many activities in the area, we had a great time together playing and having fun.

An Sonnenliegen hatten wir auch schon mal gedacht. War dann aber doch kein Thema, da ja der Strandkorb schon recht viel Platz bietet. Sie zu organisieren war dann keine große Sache. Service des Hauses – jederzeit sehr gerne!
Ebenfalls sehr erfreulich zu hören, wie Sie von den vielfältigen Ausflugstipps rege Gebrauch gemacht haben! Da gibt es aber noch einiges für Sie zu entdecken und so würde es uns sehr freuen, wenn wir Ihnen nochmals ein paar schöne Urlaubstage in „Mein Hanni” bereiten dürften.

Stunning apartment in a great environment.

We really enjoyed the week here. After 2 days, our dog Nils and we discovered the way to the swimming hole and we have walked there twice a day since then. We also really liked the surroundings. The holiday apartment is very nice and we didn't miss anything.

Two perfect weeks

Relaxed Time Out

Jeden Sommer – immer dienstags in den Monaten Juni bis August und das schon seit Jahrzehnten – kommen Musiker aus der ganzen Welt, um auf diesem so außergewöhnlichen Instrument ihr Können zu zeigen. Dem beizuwohnen ist jedes Mal auch für mich ein echtes Erlebnis. Und das Ganze fußläufig vor der Haustür – Eintritt frei!

Perfect apartment

die zentrale Lage des Luftkurortes Langenhorn in Nordfriesland ist schon überragend! Die Fähranleger zu den Nordfriesischen Halligen sowie den Inseln Föhr, Amrum und Pellworm sind nicht weit. Vom Bahnhof im Ort ist Sylt kostengünstig, schnell und bequem sehr vorteilhaft zu erreichen. Die Ausflüge per Rad oder etwas weiter mit dem Auto lassen sich ausgesprochen abwechselungsreich gestalten. Die vielen kleinen Städte und Dörfer mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen liegen sternförmig zu „Mein Hanni” verstreut schon fast in Sichtweite. Land und Leute hier zu erkunden hinterlässt einen bleibenden Eindruck.
Schön, dass ihr das alles genossen habt und es euch in der jetzt auch DTV-zertifizierten 4**** Ferienwohnung „Mein Hanni” bis ins letzte Detail an nichts fehlte. Genau so soll es sein! Und wenn ihr doch noch einen besonderen Wunsch für euren nächsten Urlaub bei uns habt, dann lasst es uns wissen…

Holiday home with wellness guarantee
We spent two weeks in the great holiday house Mein Hanni. The feeling of comfort started with the booking, as it was evident from the very first phone call and the emails how important it is to Mr. Clausen to provide his guests with a wonderful holiday experience. After the friendly welcome, we settled into the house and immediately felt at home. The house has everything one could need. We slept fantastically after our outings. Unfortunately, it wasn't often terrace weather, as this is great for relaxing and unwinding. In conclusion, we can say that we had a wonderful vacation and would like to sincerely thank you for your hospitality. Best regards from Baden-Württemberg.

Unplug and enjoy the peace.

thank you very much for your hospitality. We felt very comfortable, the house is furnished with a lot of love and invites you to relax.
The surroundings are very beautiful and quiet and invite you to take walks. Other places like Friedrichstadt, Husum, and St. Peter-Ording (huge beach) are worth a visit.

Beautiful apartment in an optimal location
Hello,
we had a wonderful vacation with you. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and you have everything you need. We felt very comfortable here.
The surroundings are also very nice, and the location is optimal, as there is much to experience and discover. The different places are easily accessible without a car. Therefore, we were able to explore the area.

Great vacation
After a long search, I stumbled upon the lovely little house. We spent our vacation in the charming house, which radiates cleanliness. Nothing is missing. We would have loved to try out the fantastic electric grill, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate. But next year, we will definitely try it out.
We are already looking forward to next year.
If I could give you 10 stars, I would! ☺️

Wonderful week - many activities - great weather - nice accommodation
We had a relaxed and extremely pleasant vacation week in a very beautiful, quiet vacation apartment with a well-maintained garden. Fully equipped from A like Alexa to Z like lemon squeezer, nothing is missing. Great praise to the landlord. We felt very comfortable.
The location of the apartment in Langenhorn is great. One can explore beautiful North Frisia in all directions, especially by bicycle.
You quickly feel at home. We would come back anytime. . . . . . . .
