Very nice attic apartment, enough space for two people and a dog. Nothing was missing in the vacation apartment. Modernly furnished, comfortable bed, plenty of closet space, cozy sofa. Beautiful colors! Great coffee machine for various coffee specialties! Unfortunately, very weak Wi-Fi. This apartment can be recommended with a clear conscience!

Where to start when one is simply thrilled and grateful for a wonderful vacation, during which there really isn’t anything to complain about. From the booking process to the end of the trip, we as a family were wonderfully supported by the vacation service and our landlord. Since you don’t need a ferry for every vacation, we were very thankful for the tips provided here. As we were traveling with our two-year-old daughter, we could only provide an approximate arrival time. Here, we reacted flexibly; we were able to pick up the keys to the vacation apartment contactless at the vacation service office and move into our accommodation right away. We were totally amazed. We found a super modern apartment furnished with all the amenities, and I immediately said to my wife: "It feels just like home here, despite being on vacation!" The decor matched what one would today call absolutely trendy. The promise that dogs are absolutely welcome in this vacation apartment was fully kept. In the entrance area, in addition to the obligatory dog waste bags, there was also plenty of information material for outings with dogs in and around Wyk. Our Fox Terrier immediately claimed the garden area specially cordoned off for our apartment. One could confidently leave the dog alone in the garden for an hour. Our fox usually finds every loophole, but here he had absolutely no chance. Also, the danger of someone throwing something over the fence (which unfortunately happens again and again in our home) is not given, as the garden is on the opposite side of the street and can only be reached through the vacation apartment. Our dog enjoyed his vacation to the fullest. After our trips to the beach (about 15 minutes) or inland, we could relax on comfortable furniture with Netflix and good reading. For lunch, we often got food from the catering service around the corner, which was absolutely affordable. Along with modern kitchen appliances, there was also a washing machine and dryer included, which was very convenient for us as a family with a toddler. Just for the sake of formality, it should be said that we had nothing, absolutely nothing, to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Overall, the people on Föhr seem to be simply friendlier and happier, which we can absolutely understand. The Kiehlwasser house will always be our first choice; it just can't get any better. We thank the Hengstenberg family again for this unforgettable vacation and look forward to the next time. Best regards, the Ahne family from Weimar.

Wo soll man anfangen, wenn man einfach nur begeistert und dankbar ist für einen tollen Urlaub, an dem es einfach nichts zu tippen gibt. Vom Buchungsvorgang bis zum Ende der Reise wurden wir als Familie super von Urlaubsservice und unserer Vermieterin unterstützt. Da man ja nicht in jedem Urlaub eine Fähre braucht,waren wir hier für Tipps sehr dankbar. Da wir mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter anreisten, konnten wir nur einen ungefähren Anreisezeitpunkt nennen. Hier wurde flexibel reagiert, wir konnten die Schlüssel zur FeWo kontaktlos im Büro des Urlaubsservice abholen und gleich unsere Unterkunft beziehen. Hier waren wir total geflasht. Wir fanden eine super modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen Schikanen vor und ich sagte sofort zu meiner Frau: " Hier fühlt es sich trotz Urlaub gleich an wie zu Hause!" Die Einrichtung entsprach dem, was man heute als absolut hipp bezeichnen würde. Auch dem Versprechen, dass Hunde in dieser FeWo absolut willkommen seien, wurde absolut Rechnung getragen. Im Eingangsbereich fand sich neben den obligatorischen Hundetütchen auch etliches Infomaterial für Ausflüge mit Hund in und um Wyk. Unser Foxterrier nahm sofort den extra für unsere Wohnung abgeteilten Gartenbereich in Beschlag. Man könnte den Hund hier auch getrost mal eine Stunde alleine im Garten lassen. Unser Fox findet normalerweise jedes Schlupfloch, hier hatte er aber absolut keine Chance Auch die Gefahr, dass jemand etwas durch den Zaun wirft(was leider bei uns in der Heimat immer wieder vorkommt, ist nicht gegeben, da der Garten auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Straße liegt und nur durch die FeWo erreicht werden kann. Unser Hund genoss seinen Urlaub also in vollen Zügen. Nach unseren Ausflügen zum Strand (ca 15 min) oder ins Inland konnten wir bei Netflix, guter Lektüre auf bequemen Möbeln die Seele baumeln lassen. Mittag besorgten wir uns oft beim Cateringservice um die Ecke, absolut preiswert. Neben modernsten Küchengeräten gehörte auch eine Waschmaschine nebst Trockner zur Ausstattung, was uns als Familie mit Kleinkind natürlich sehr entgegenkam. Nur der Form halber sei gesagt, dass wir in Sachen Sauberkeit nichts , aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden hatten. Insgesamt scheinen die Menschen auf Föhr einfach freundlicher und glücklicher zu sein, was wir nun absolut nachvollziehen können. Das Haus Kiehlwasser wird immer unsere erste Wahl sein, besser geht es einfach nicht. Wir bedanken uns nochmal bei Familie Hengstenberg für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. Beste Grüße, Familie Ahne aus Weimar
