Holiday house Andrea is located in Marcana, a small town in Istria. It is located 10 km from the first beach Duga Uvala and 9.4 km from Pula Airport.

Only the ground floor of the house is rented to guests. The ground floor consists of 2 separate apartments that are rented as one accommodation unit.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. Two rooms are with double beds and two rooms offer a total of 4 single beds. Inside each apartment, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.

The owners of the house live on the first floor, which is not rented to guests. All facilities such as a swimming pool, 2 barbecues, and deck chairs can only be used by guests.

Guests can only meet the owners in the car park inside the courtyard.
