Our holiday homes are located in the South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve, near the Greifswald Bodden. Three family-friendly and comfortable holiday homes with 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with individual furnishings in modern country house style await you. Thus we also offer larger families enough space (max. 8 persons) for a relaxing holiday. Due to our beautiful visible wooden beam ceilings, our properties are non-smoking. Due to the proximity to the 'Deutsche Alleenstraße' (German Avenue Road) and the convenient location of the holiday homes, you can reach Rügen's most popular Baltic Sea beaches, e.g. the seaside resort of Binz, in about 10 minutes by car.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday homes are located on a small street in the village of Vilmnitz in the beautiful landscape of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, an ideal starting point for wonderful cycling tours. The view from the 2500m² south-facing property sweeps across wide fields to the narrow wooded area of Goor, which is located in front of the Bodden waters.
Vilmnitz is a small village (approx. 200 inhabitants) grouped around a historic church (built around 1240). The church is one of the oldest sacred buildings on Rügen and is recommended in every travel guide as being particularly worth seeing.
The German Avenue Road runs through Vilmnitz and it is very centrally located.

| In the high season we can only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday!!! The rental price is between 80 and 220,00 € depending on the number of persons, travel time and house. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site. Please note that we have a minimum rental period of 5 nights over Christmas / New Year's Eve. The arrival day in the high season, when we only rent by the week, is Saturday, in the other periods by arrangement. from 01.01.2023 the use of electricity and gas will be charged according to consumption. |
Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without a replacement tenant being found who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional costs are to be paid as cancellation fees after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired: up to 61 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the agreed price 60 to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed price 34 to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the agreed price 6 days before the start of the rental period: 95% of the agreed price We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Each of our 3 holiday homes is equipped with three spacious bedrooms (one with 4 bedrooms) and two bathrooms and thus also offers larger families enough space (max. 8 persons) for a relaxing holiday. All holiday homes are individually furnished with great attention to detail in a modern country house style and are fully equipped.

* About 9 km from Vilmnitz is Binz, the largest and one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Baltic coast. The other seaside resorts such as Sellin, Baabe and Göhren are also easily accessible by car or by bike. Bergen, the capital of the island, is about 8 km away and, as the district town, offers good shopping facilities.

Pure relaxation
After a long drive, we were compensated for this directly upon arrival. A nice welcome and a great house were already waiting for us. The parking space for our 2 cars was right outside the front door. Friendly and bright interior and the view towards the Bodden in bright weather - a dream. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are already made, so the holiday could begin. We lacked nothing, even our dog was happy about the beautiful long walks, starting directly in front of the front door.
The property is large and well kept.
Next time we visit, we will have a look at the Mucha family's new houses on the Vilmnitz farm, only 200 m away. Thumbs up, highly recommended!!!

Pure relaxation!!!
Despite the rainy weather, we had incredibly relaxing holidays, which is certainly also due to the Landhaus am Goor. The house is ideally located for beautiful, quiet walks with the dog. The furnishings and ambiance leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very spacious and tastefully furnished. The view of the fields and the forest is magnificent, it has replaced television for us.
We can highly recommend Landhaus am Goor.

We will definitely come back!
Even the reception by the house manager conveyed the feeling of "coming home." The welcome, briefing, and key handover went smoothly. Thanks to the Welcome sparkling wine, our vacation started right after unloading the cars. The parking lot right in front of the door, the inviting houses, the loving and personal decor, nothing was missing. Even firewood could be obtained very easily through the property manager, and we could enjoy the evening by the fireplace after an eventful day on the island. The tranquility and the distant view from the terrace, a dream. We could watch the geese gathering and flying south above us. Not only in summer, especially in the post-season, the island and above all, the country house at Goor offer everything to enjoy a relaxed vacation. 3 and 4 bedrooms offered enough space to spend a few nice days with several couples, but the spacious garden is also a paradise for children. And with our dog, the walk could start right outside the front door, as well as the daily jogging rounds. So, we will definitely come back!

In 2003, Rügen was recommended to us by friends. That same summer we spent a wonderful holiday on the island and quickly became Rügen fans. Since 2005, we have been renting out three holiday homes, Landhauss Goor, and since 2018, 2 holiday homes, Hof Vilmnitz, in beautiful Vilmnitz on the Bodden in south-east Rügen. We leave our hometown of Wuppertal as often as possible to visit the island with our family and dog.
