Good day! Here is some detailed feedback. Regarding the equipment: nothing was missing, but some items are already aging, e.g., the kitchen scissors and some knives were dull. The coffee machine was also in a dirty condition, so we preferred to use instant coffee. A small note on where the trash bins are would be good. We were looking for them. Additionally, there were no garbage bags in the house. We had to buy them. Regarding the location: quiet, you can quickly reach Wyk and Nieblum, which was perfect for us! Regarding cleanliness: some areas were dusty, e.g., the knife block. There were hairs between the mattresses in the double bed, which made me wonder if the sheets were even changed? That was unpleasant! Overall, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Regarding the service on-site: we had expressed the desire to enter the property earlier. We then received a nice call and were allowed to go in just after 1 PM, which was great for us and the kids. (We had a 9-hour drive behind us throughout the night and had taken an earlier ferry at 7:15 AM. We were so glad that we didn't have to wait until 4 PM.) Regarding price/performance: for our financial situation, it was an "expensive" property. With this vacation, we fulfilled a dream. For this price, I would have wished for it to be cleaner.
