The apartment is located in a quiet area and ideally close to the South Beach. The service and cleanliness of the apartment were top-notch! The amenities are good. A future plus would be a microwave. The price-performance ratio is great. I would be happy if it works out again for 12 nights in this accommodation at the end of March to early April next year, 2027!!!

My wife and I enjoyed it here. Drawback: shower with curtain instead of cabin. We would love to come back!

They have a very nice gentleman who provides the service. He picked us up and also brought an individual bed sheet upon request. One small tip: maybe check the bed. It creaks quite a bit. Perhaps that can be fixed.

The shared apartment has a quiet, good location. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and it's not far to the city by bike. The living space is nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. An improvement would be if the window in the bedroom could be better darkened.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. However, there are a few things that could still be improved, such as thoroughly cleaning the terrace concrete slabs of moss. We have left a handwritten list of our suggestions on the kitchen table for you to possibly pass on to the owner.

The apartment is in a great location and has excellent amenities, especially if you want to cook for yourself. I would book again anytime.

Shower curtain borderline. Small tip...leave the end in bleach for an hour. Drain of the sink in the bathroom hardly drains. What were the 2 flush tabs for? But otherwise, everything was good.

It was a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The great accommodation contributed significantly to that. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Definitely a recommendable apartment for the price! Super clean and equipped with all the essentials. Only the storage options are not available in the bedroom, and it is relatively small. But once you know that, everything is fine. The location is convenient, as both the town center of Wyk and the beach (the dog beach is probably a bit further away) are within walking distance. With a small child and a dog (probably no private garden), it is a good and practical apartment. Also a friendly communication with the rental service, with which we also had no difficulties. Thank you for the nice vacation!

The apartment is great. The location is top-notch, but the beds are unacceptable. We have been coming regularly since 1980, mostly to their houses, but we have never had such bad beds. However, we'll gladly come back. Greetings from NRW.

In today's time, Wi-Fi would not be a luxury and should be included in the amenities. The seating area is worn out, and the window in the bedroom does not close properly, causing a draft. I find it a mystery why the bathroom cannot be locked from the inside, but only from the outside, where the key is also kept.

The apartment is sufficient for 2 people. There could be more cutlery; 4 knives, forks, and teaspoons is really little. Otherwise, the essentials are present. The shower curtain is insufficient; a shower stall would be better and more hygienic. The vacuum cleaner is one that sucks poorly or not at all. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio is good, the location is great, and it is absolutely quiet. If there's an issue, the caretaker comes out, and the service is polite. We can recommend it to those who like simplicity and don't need luxury.
