The accommodation and your handling were very good. I would always recommend you. Perhaps you could also use the salutation "Mr." with a male first name! Another note for the rented cottage: Please replace the frying pan; it is unusable. Maybe an additional handrail on the lower staircase on the inside of the stairs would be feasible. Departure time for 4 adults with 2 children is a bit too early (11:00 AM would be better). Otherwise, everything is good! For your information: the refrigerator door closes poorly (often stays 1-2 cm open) and the sockets behind the coffee machine are loose.

I was disappointed that the caretaker did not get back to us regarding the TV and radio reception. He wanted to call the owner, and there was never any feedback. Thank God my husband managed to fix it (it was completely misconfigured and there were no instructions), otherwise we would have had neither radio nor TV reception for 8 days. The sofa bed did not separate, so it was unusable. Additionally, the cover was very dirty and stained. If the other two children had also come, we would have had a problem. The dryer did not work even on the 4th attempt. However, we could dry outside. The TV in the "so-called" 2nd bedroom didn't even turn on. There were few user manuals. On the last day, we found one for the coffee machine on top of the cupboard, which always turned off after 15 minutes. Too late. There was a missing sunshade on the terrace. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the week and the writing is complaining at a high level, but we had significantly better houses and apartments before. The mattresses, however, were great. I slept well.
