Sea air is Rovinj through the mild climate and this one recover the whole year for one popular destination. activities like bike, wander, tennis, surf, plunge etc. … can be operated the whole year.
Direct sea situation and entrance to the sea. From all dwellings they have a great sea view , as well as of the natural stone Terrace.
absolute quit and singular panorama situation , since the house lies on the end of street and/or also at the end of the peninsula old part of town Rovinj.

A small flint beach (special for infants) find to m of the house below? “Hotel Rovinj lighthouse”.
a small boat ( m) can also directly before our house/terrace, with your own buoy be fastened. With larger boats we recommend the Marina the 15 minutes to foot from us far away.
