The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building - is intended for self caterng, has 3 bedrooms and is for up to 6 people, for a 6 person there is an extra bed. The apartment has a living-dining room, a full kitchen with accessories, bathroom with shower and washing machine. One free parking in the courtyard is also available, there is a balcony with a beautiful sea view and the island of Katarina. The house itself could use a new coat of paint, but it is just 40m from the harbor and the apartment looks good.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is exactly located between the old town and the beaches (40m from the sea). There are shopping opportunities to Caffe and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (40-100m). The nearest supermarket is about 300m. Rovinj is a picturesque and beatiful small town situated on the west coast of the Istrian has become a popular target because of its mild climate, lots of sunny days, high sea temperature, attractive scenery as well as its historical monuments and the old town. The islands and the small islands (13) of its archipelag, numerous bays and ports, Lim-Fiord, ports for yachts, sports, dancing-evenings etc. have made Rovinj one very attractive tourist center.
