The sofa is covered with stains over a large area. The apartment was offered as a non-smoking apartment and yet is equipped with an ashtray. The smell of smoke could only be made bearable through the use of air fresheners. The apartment is described as allergy-friendly. The correct term would probably be allergen-friendly. Between the couch and the stool, dust bunnies held a gathering - in the cutlery drawer, they celebrated a party. Absolutely unappetizing. The apartment had to be cleaned by us first to make it somewhat usable. The mattress protectors should have been replaced beforehand, as they were also decorated with stains.
