Price/performance very questionable

We had a pleasant vacation despite the outdated furniture and broken items in the poorly furnished holiday apartment. Perhaps it was also due to the nice weather.
The location of the apartment is optimal. You are immediately on the dike (bike path) and in 5 minutes at the beach. Those who love peace outside (the refrigerator in the apartment is very loud) are in the right place. Shopping opportunities and the pier of Dierhagen can be quickly reached by a pleasant walk. However, there is much that needs improvement in the holiday apartment. We have submitted a long list to the room agency Darssurlaub and hope that it will be taken to heart. Aside from the super mattresses, the clean almost new toilet seat/toilet brush, and the too well-functioning underfloor heating, we unfortunately cannot highlight anything positive. Particularly dangerous is the right, upper cabinet door in the kitchen area, which has literally come unhinged due to the steam (no extractor hood) from the coffee machine, the defective kettle, or the cooking process. The rent price is also not justified by the poorly placed small television in the bedroom.
