The apartment is located right by the marina, which is really very nice.

Regarding hygiene, it would be desirable to replace the existing pillows, as there are extreme stains visible. The mattresses should also be changed due to being "worn out." The furniture is not contemporary, but it serves its purpose and storage space is accordingly available. In the bathroom, the shower door is very calcified and therefore does not look inviting. Here too, a replacement should be considered. Overall, this apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view is also very nice. Hygiene and sanitation need improvement.
